NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS

Before beginning any type of training, please refer to the Disclaimer.

Soreness is a common side effect to overtraining. If you become more than just a bit sore after a workout, you should rest until the soreness dissipates. Alternating heat and cold compresses in one minute rotations for 10 minutes total can help to speed healing. To prevent future soreness, make sure to decrease the tension setting and/or the duration of work. Soreness in the glans area could mean the microvacuum part might be on too tight or the tension used is too extreme- usually both would be a factor in glans pain.

If lasting redness develops it’ll usually occur on the parts of your penis where the device makes contact with it. Redness can develop from too much tension or friction. Lessening the tension can resolve the former, and a light coating of lubrication should be able to alleviate redness in the latter case.

Blistering might occur with the microvacuum portion of the device if it’s left on at abnormally high tension setting for long periods. Small blisters should dissipate on their own, while larger ones might need to be drained. You shouldn’t train if you have any evidence of blistering.

It’s VITAL you keep a close eye on your penis and take fairly frequent breaks when you’re getting used to wearing the device.
