Focus on Erectile Quality

This section stresses the particular needs of those looking to improve their stamina and potency. There are two types of stamina trainees: those looking to go from average to above average stamina, and those who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED.)

For those suffering from ED:

  • Perform a warm up first as described in the previous section.
  • Attempt to obtain some degree of erection to the best of your ability. If you have extreme difficulty obtaining an erection you can allow yourself to become erect in the device.
  • Begin pumping until your penis is at full erection using as little pressure as possible- CAUTION- DO NOT exceed 5 mm of pressure and at NO TIME during the process should you begin to feel any pain!

In your first session you should be using no more than 3 mm of pressure and should pump for no more than 5 minutes. If you were able to induce and maintain a full erection for the entire session you can move on to the standard recommended routine below. If not, stay at your current pressure setting until you can achieve 5 minutes with a full erection.

You can maintain the induced erection by using a “cock ring” after your workout.

CAUTION – You should ease into using this over time and should use it after every workout. It also should become a “necessity” after training- which can happen if it’s used after every session.
