Q: The lengthening stretches have gone pretty well for me up ’til now….

…I’m having to use more intensity and the feel just isn’t the same.  Is there a way for me to get more out of my stretches without having to pull so hard? I’m also having problems with stretching the penis itself because I’m using the whole hand to grip.

Big Al:  Changing the angle of the stretch can have a profound effect on how much tension you need to use.  If you perform your stretches seated, lean back grip while stretching.  The more you lean back the less force you’ll be able to use.  This works well with weight hanging as well.  Regarding grip, if you need to use your whole hand direct most of the pressure towqards the forward portion of the your penis to allow maximum lengthening of the shaft. If you need to get a better grip, use a small cotton or pther fluffy type towel to pad and enhance your grip.

You might also consider the possibility of extra intensity not being necessary.  You should look into seeing if more volume with less of an emphasis on intensity increases would work better for you.

Q. In the Stop and Starts, how long should each “stop” take?

Big Al: The stop should be long enough for you to allow the feeling of PONR (Point Of No Return) to subside.  If you need to take extra long pauses to get the necessary time increases. that’s fine.  Once you’re aboe to get to 20-25 minutes with this exercise, you can halt increasing time and work on refining- in this case, “filling in the gaps” of time used in your stops.

Q. Is there one main thing I can do to ensure…

…I get the most out of each of my workouts?

Big Al: Aim to get a deep tissue stretch during each training session.  The deep tissue stretch is the feeling you get when the penis is “hyperexpanded”.  An example: when you perform an erect kegel, you’ll note your penis expands BEYOND its normal dimensions- to the point where the glans fully expands.  The feeling you get during this movement describes getting a deep tissue stretch perfectly.  Another thing to consider is the effect of each exercise building in to the next.  After enlargement exercise, the tissues have been thoroughly stretched.  This actually makes the kegel and Stop and start performed immediately after into more of an “enlargement” exercise than if those movements were performed on their own.

Q.  I made some great gains (1/2 inch in length) within the first two weeks of training,…

…but they seem to have stalled out.  I’ve added more work to try to hold that momentum but now my EQ seems to be dropping.  I’m also very sexually active and masturbate almost every day.  What am I doing wrong?

Big Al:  Let’s not look at it as something done “wrong”.  You made an extraordinary gain in the beginning of the cyclecycle.  Keeping up the training momentum can work to a certain degree, but consider that you were able to make gains without the degree of intensity you’re using- and which
has caused regression. Intensity- even more than volume- is something you really have to ease into carefully!

Peaking in EQ towards the end of your training cycle should be the goal. Certain things will need to be examined- especially ejaculation frequency.
All frivolous ejaculations should be eliminated- leaving only sexual activity and training.  This will have the effect of raising the libido- at least until an equilibrium is reached.  If you’re extremely sexually active, you might need to space your training days farther apart to allow for more
recovery.

Q. I am considering becoming a client. I guess my biggest question for me right now is cost vs benefit….

…In your opinion, where do I stand in terms of current size. I am 8 inches in length and right over 6 inches girth. I would love to be huge, I know that’s greedy but it’s a fact.  however I am wondering with the investment just how much growth can I really ascertain? I know it varies from person to person but just want ensure I am going to get something for the investment which is why I want the top line package. Can I still make gains?

Big Al:  You’re already in the “Huge” category 🙂  On the male enhancement internet forums, the goal of many to consider themselves huge is 8 inches in length and 6 in girth.  That should bode very well for you since you’re starting at such a large size already.

What should be noted is anxiety can play a part in inducing premature ejaculation as well.  There’s a spectrum of sorts with anxiety- a very slight amount (like the type one might experience in a COMFORTABLE first sexual encounter with a new partner) can actually add excitement to the event.  Add a bit more anxiety and it can trigger premature ejaculation. Add more, and one would start losing their erections.  In a full blown panic, one likely wouldn’t even become erect.

Q. I just started the training!  How should one feel after a good work out are there signs that the amount of fatigue is correct?…

…Just curious. Though I do suspect my workouts are going rather well already.

Big Al: Early in the cycle you don’t want exhaustion. but your penis should feel “worked” and it should feel expanded after the session.  Right now you should be erring on the side of caution to allow you to continue increasing reps and intensity in the coming weeks.  You should start turning the corner on intensity about midway through the cycle, and your last week in the cycle should have you close to plateaued state.  This will no only justify the week’s layoff after the cycle’s completed, but you should also realize some “rebound” gains after the break’s over.

…I know for a fact my mind holds me back. It’s just very hard to get my mind right. Do you think it would be a good idea to add that mind exercise to the routine?

Big Al: You should prioritize mental fortitude above all else.  I don’t want to liken it to a “fake it to make it” type of philosophy, but there’s something to that.  Get to a point in your mind where you visualize yourself being confident and unencumbered.  Focus on the “feel” of that emotional state.  This should be combined with the introspection that

  • A) ANY mental blocks are the result of a lack of mastery over the ego, and
  • B) giving in to the *potential selfish expectations of others at the expense of your mental well being isn’t worth it.

*Potential- because many men exaggerate their perceived need to fulfill certain expectations for size, performance, etc.

It is difficult to visualize confidence if you really don’t have it at that exact moment you know?…

..Surprisingly I’m pretty confident in bed it’s just when it comes to the most beautiful women I am attracted to that I feel nervous. The mastering your orgasms technique should help with all of this? Is there a certain time and place I should edge or music to listen to to keep calm and undistracted? I don’t know if that is even recommended

Big Al: It can be difficult to visualize it- especially if you confuse confidence with cockiness.  With real confidence, it’s a state of being happy with yourself so you don’t need to prove anything to anyone.  Cockiness can be seen as overconfident actions which usually veil insecurities.

You’d expect the reverse with a beautiful woman if you operated on logic (more beauty=more arousal), but if you allow yourself to get intimidated by her beauty that’s when performance anxiety can set in.  While beauty should be appreciated, it too is an illusion.  You can close your eyes and feel just as much pleasure with a less attractive woman as with an attractive one.  The qualitative difference is strictly subjective.

The Mastering exercise can help- especially if you’re using your visualizations- but the best way to overcome anxiety is to ease into facing your fears.

My recommendation would be for you to practice without any outside stimuli. This can be tough, but the rewards are worth it.  If you feel any surges of fear, taking a deep breath and clearing your mind will help.  Optimally, you’d perform when your T levels are highest- which for most is the morning time.

Big Al: Some men have made great gains with a jelq based routine. No one routine is perfect for everyone. What I’ve noticed is the Jelq Free routine seems to yield better gains for many- at least in the early part of the advanced phase.

What’s great about the format is you can interchange different exercises.  The model replies on a variant of the “push/pull” method of training, where the layout is as follows:

  • Warm up >
  • Girth >
  • Length >
  • Kegel type exercise >

Q. I measured a minute ago during my edge session…

…I had an off today today. I know it is 100% in my head now. My morning wood was rock hard, I woke up in the middle of a dream. I have the ability but something is holding me back. Probably a feeling like I need to get a good PE session, is this going well, etc. if we can focus a lot of our efforts on the mental I would appreciate it. I try to clear my mind but it is very hard. Is there anything that has helped your students that also have a hard time with this?

Big Al: You have that fear block.  It’s responsible for more lost progress and misery than you might imagine.

In my own experience and in those of trainees who’ve truly wanted to conquer their fears, you have to make a conscious and adamant firm decision to master your fear.  This will require deep introspection and some time to yourself to work out in your mind WHY you feel these fears and WHY you give it the power you do.  It should be coupled with mental exercises where you mentally push the fear out of your mind when it pops up.  Learning to still your mind with deep breathing and meditation helps as well.  What I’m recommending above isn’t merely a method to grow your penis or tho adapt yourself to master the act of sex (though it helps in those regards)- it’s what you do to master your ego.  When you get to the point to where you’re really making progress- that’s when the confrontation with yourself will occur.  It might even be where you’re at now if you’re experiencing fluctuations between feeling as if you’re past the fear and it creeping back into your head.

If you feel there’s something very serious holding you back, professional psychological counseling might help you get to the root of those fears.

 

R Jelqs: Ask the Experts

Q. I did R’s jelqs for about 2 months…

… In about a week I was up to one hour. During that period I did have improvements in both length and girth. I then had a break, as I was with my girlfriend. I have done the new session since 7th June. I think the no gains part is due to too little activity in the current routine. I also feel the R’s jelqs were more effective, although time consuming.

Big Al: The unforeseen problems in training often come from not doing the most fundamental things.   The challenge is that “feel” is an internal concept and often difficult to quantify.  That’s why you can do everything else right in a routine- increase reps, tension, etc. over time and not make gains.

We can start with a basic R’s Jelq Routine

  • Warm up >
  • Jelqs- performed with moderate lube and ~70% erection for length and girth >
  • Kegels >
  • Stop and Starts >
  • Warm down

You can begin with 100 reps performed solely with the feel of the exercise in mind.  Maximum tissue stretch/expansion should be the end goal of the exercise. The initial part of the exercise should be felt in the basal ligaments (length) and the pressure of feeling blood well into the glans. On that note, intensity should be kept low and at not time should ANY pain be felt in the glans!

The kegels and Stop and Starts should also be given over to a purity of form.  This is best done when the mind is clear, so the development of the visualization portion of training should also be given priority.

Once progress is made in mastering the feel of the exercise, then you can begin moving up in reps.  The EQ stat is going to be an important monitor to gauge how things are going with your progress and recovery (in addition to bi-monthly measurements).

Another benefit- even with a warm up and warm down, this entire routine should be able to be performed in less than 1/2 hour.

Big Al: The current modern scene overall appears to favor women- but it’s because most men have forgotten or downplay their own power. That power gets taken away when you believe yourself to be “inferior”. Once you can fortify yourself to step thinking in ways which contribute to performance anxiety, the equation changes. The confidence you exude when you master certain aspects of yourself will change the way most women see you. By adding structure and fostering confidence, your training can be a stepping stone towards that.

Big Al: For light/moderate requirements, a cream based lube like cocoa butter cream will work. For heavy use, Vaseline works. You can cut the Vaseline with some cream to thin it out. It’s messy, but it works.

Big Al: The super kegel offers the extreme end of muscular endurance training for the PC muscle.  The Towel Raise covers the other end of the spectrum- muscular strength and precision/timing.

Q. For stamina training I did 30 kegels after and was not paying attention…

…and did them pretty fast.  My erection was fading throughout the workout. That night I attempted some Stop and Starts and had trouble getting an erection. When I was able to it was only 80%. and it was softening quickly. I was able to finish but only on a 60 percent erection.  What happened?

Big Al: You mentioned not paying attention while Kegeling, and following that up with the Stop and Start when you’re already distracted would lead to a less than productive session.  Too many of those and you can begin to experience negative conditioning from your training.  You’re already showing concern over this- and continued, that can grow into anxiety.

The instructions on what to do in this case is to condition yourself each session to focus your mind on your training.  There’s really no shortcut around this.  It’s not to be expected that you’ll be able to do this with compete focus each time, but like any form of conditioning it has to be practiced in f progress is to be made.  If you’re extremely distracted due to outside pressures it would be better for you to postpone your training until you can ensure focus than to attempt to train through it.

There is no more fundamental part of good training than to ensure you’re focusing on getting as much as you can out of each movement.  There are places for training where 100% focus isn’t required, but stamina exercises aren’t in that category.

…I’m contracting as hard as I can.  Is that OK? 

Big Al:  No- you should only be contracting just enough to accomplish the reps for now.  Many men injure their pelvic floors by overcontracting that way.  Your first sessions should be comfortable enough to establish a baseline to work up from..  In time, you can work up to more vigorous contractions and more challenging exercises.

Q. I keep hearing that there is risk of permanent damage…

Big Al:  The risk of injury exists with any form of physical training.  First, make sure that you get a check up from your doctor to ensure there are no underlying anomalies. present.  Once you’re set to begin, make sure to ease into your training. Your first sessions should be devoted to learning the feel of the execise and mastering its form.  As long as you take care to follow instructions and are cautious, your penis should only get stronger.  If you have poor conditioning/EQ, it would make sense fr you to focus on bringing that up before devoting more of your time to enlargement movements.
