    What are your guys opinions on doing tunica tugs before workouts? I've been reading up and apparently they make gaining much quicker as the penis can expand due to a larger tunica.

    I'm not quite sure what they are, how long or how many to perfrom, so if anyone feels like helping me out with this while giving their opinion I'd be thankful.

    So, yeah? Past experiences, opinions, anything.

    My own personal opinion, which may not reflect that of the site, is that you should be well warmed up before these, thats why I like to leave the more intense stretches and girth work till the end of my routine until I'm really warm and loose

    I have no idea what a tuncia tug is but ive just started doing tension stretches after my warm up and If there anything like a tuncia tug then I think there great.
    Ive only done them for a few days but i have no negitive PIs from them yet so i will continue to do them.

    Sloppy,

    Try and be intelligent with your PE. Take it slowly and patiently. Do not target the “quicker gains” because it leads to toughening of the connective tissue rather quickly as well. Thus, it makes gains harder to come or you simply plateau afterwards.

    So my advice to you is: Don’t be sloppy ... about your PE.

    I have to agree with bjembe. I suggest that you just keep things simple for the time being (unless you started PE before the date shown on your profile). Stick to a beginners routine (for 3 months) and properly condition your unit before moving on to more advanced stretches and squeezing.
