Hello, I've just began my second week of JP's 90 exercise doing 5 on 2 off and the base of my penis/pubic bone feels a bit sore especially when I stretch it out. Is this a good thing and parallel to being sore after working out at the gym or do I need to take it easy/rest a bit more?
