  • Minor blood vessel burst

I noticed when I retract my foreskin that there was a blood vessel having part where it has a "darker" color - I'm suspecting this is minor burst. I wouldnt say I feel pain - more like a minor tingling ache that I wont really notice if I'm not thinking about it. It causes discomfort ofcourse - but that is more due to having in mind that it may be an injury.

So I've decided to take a 5day break.
What do you think about this in general and will 5 days be enough for it to fully recover or should I rest more?

Wait and see if it's gone in a few days. It really is no big deal.

They heal with a wee bit of rest.

Happened to me. Sensation equal to an itch that would come with a superficial cut. Apparent recovery in a few days. Darkened skin as a visual sign lasting for 1-2 weeks. Dealt with it by taking it easy and daily cold water exposure to promote vessel contraction/healing.
