    Go to the START HERE! link at he top left of the page and you will find some beginner routines in there. The JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine or the The Basic Training Penis Enlargement, Male Enhancement, and Stamina Routine are both a couple of good choices to start off with and many have made gains with them. Follow it through for the 90 days to condition your penis before moving on to any advanced exercises. Use this time to do as much reading as you can to educate yourself on safety and other important information that can be found in the link. There is a lot to learn and you only have one dick, take care of it.

      Hey King!

      Welcome to the Gym.

      It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

      Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
