    Hey,

    This is my 3/90 JP90 beginner routine day and i encounter some difficulty to maintain erection level during jelqing.

    I warm up properly, I do my stretches and kegels before jelqs.
    Then i edge to a 60% EL, and I start my first 50 jelqs, but when i arrive like the 20th jelq I start loosing erection. By the time i am at the 40th jelqs my EL is like 10%, almost flaccid

    I do ~200 jelqs daily (50x4)

    What do you think, am I doing something wrong or is it normal ?

    It's very common to loose the proper level of erection while jelqing. When the erection level starts to drop just stop and stimulate yourself back to the correct level. With practice you will be able to maintain the correct level for longer periods.
    To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

        Thanks for the answers, actually i have not tried yet to begin with jelqs before stretching and kegels, you think it would be better ?
        Can i continue the way I do it - do my 50 jelqs even 10% erect - and only restore my erection level until the 50 are done ? will it decrease the gains ?

          I can tell you what worked for me. I always had losing erection when i masturbated day before or 2 days before. When i had my load for like 1 week (and i have very high libido and its sooo difficult to hold it for 1 week) then my erection was better and when i was losing it i just fast imagined some sexy sitation and it imediately came back. So maybe try it. And honestly personally speaking jelqinq with good erection is much better, i feel like gaining much more. Peace.

            Stretches and kegels can be exhausting, which is one reason why I suggest performing jelqs first in the routine (after warm ups)- as seen here.

            If you're in the early part of your training cycle and you're having issues with performing the exercise now, it probably won't get any easier as you add reps and intensity.

              Stoping masturbation and porn helps a lot. You'll get aroused more easily and can have better erections.

              Also jelqing in front of a mirror sometimes helps, I can get some erection just by looking at how my penis looks bigger while I jelq.

              Trying to make jelq something sexy helps too. It's not just a mechanical thing, you can add some erotic thoughts about it. Just be creative.

                Ok, Thank you guys, I will do the jelqs just after warm up, and try to add more erotical thoughts to stay aroused.
                maybe less masturbation and porn would be great too...

                Last question, what is approximatively the best % of erection during jelqs : 40 % ? 60 % ?

                  If you're going for girth, aim for 70% erection minimum. Use a generous amount of lube to further facilitate the process.

                    I find my erection level fluctuates while jelqing. I usually start around 30-40% then it can go up to 70-80%, and then back down to 50% over the 200-250 jelqs I do each routine.
                    Start: 07/05/2016
                    BPFSL - 7.0" BPEL - 6.5"
                    MEG 5.5" NBPEL - 5.75"

                    As of 10/22/2016
                    BPFSL - 7.75" BPEL - 7.0"
                    BEG 6.2" MEG - 5.75"
                    NBPEL - 6.25"

                        @Big Al I'm mainly targeting length, but I've gained .25" in girth over the first 60+ days of PE. My base girth is now 6.3" and just before the glans is 5.75". I have plenty of girth and don't mind getting thicker, but need to back off on girth as I plan on doing PE for well over a year to achieve my length goal.
