  • 5 days on, 2 days off - OR - 2 days on, 1 day off?

    I've been doing 5 days on PE and 2 days off, but today is the 4th day and I felt a strong pain when trying to do jelq. It's clear that my penis needs some rest.
    Do you guys think I should change my routine to 2 days, 1 day off? I've seen some success stories of people doing this routine...

    Yes, you should decrease to 2 on 1 off. Even 1 on 1 off. Most important listen to your PI's. Pain is negative sign.

      Thanks! I'll do this... though I feel bad on the days off, looks like I'm doing nothing to build my gains... I know it's not truth and that I need rest.

        I began 2 on 1 off. Everyday I logged my morning wood and measured hang everytime I went to toilet. As I am very logical person this helps me to know my PI cuz for me "pain" or "tiredness" in penis is not enough quantifiable. Now I have build up after one month to 5 on 2 off. This weekend I have rest days and I have lots of positive PI's!
        BPEL: 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, 7.25
        MEG: 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5

            I am doing 3 on 1 off too and it works fine for me. Also don't be shy to take an extra day off if you think this will benefit you. Resting is never a bad decision

            5.9" (BPEL) x 4.9" (BEG)

            Goal 1
            6.5" x 5.2" by 16 november 2018

            Goal 2
            7" x 5.5'' by 16 may 2019

              Always feel free to take an extra rest day. 5 on 2off, then 5on 3off if needed. Rest is good.
              Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

              Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

              Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

                I'm in week 10 of JP90 and I've been doing 5 on 2 off since week 3. To me the 5 on 2 off seems the best way to do it. When your dick is ready and can handle it I would go back to 5 on 2 off.

                  im in 2nd Month of JP90, and I did 5 on 2 off from the first day. But thats just a starting point, it All depends on how your dick reacts. Sometimes I need an extra Day to rest, and I dont hesitate to take the extra Day.
                  Actually when i sometimes take an extra Day off, the following Day my EQ is crazy and my flaccid is optimal. So dont worry.

                    Thanks guys.
                    Just reporting, I've been on 3 on 1 off, everything is going fine but today is the third day on and I feel pain while stretching. This night I'll try to jelq, and stop if I feel any pain.

                    Different from the first time I felt this pain, now I'll pay attention to my PIs and not push myself too hard.

                      I have a different, but related question. Assuming I stick with a 5 days on, 2 off routine, would it be better to have the rest days next to each other (e.g. Tuesday and Wednesday) or would it be better to have them separated (e.g. Tuesday and Friday)?

                      Related, how much wiggle room do you think is possible? My classes' work loads can be a bit unpredictable and overwhelming, so I'm wondering how bad it would be if my schedule would be to exercise on Tuesday but get too much work so I have to push it back a day?

                        5 days on 2 days off means you train for 5 days and than let yourself recover for 2 full days.

                        Also you can adjust your restdays and training days any way you like, but keep in mind that more consistency is . better. But don't be afraid to skip a day and take an extra rest day if you simply don't have the time. But make sure you won't bail out on it the entire week or you might get motivational problems.

                          Once I see my first few gains I don't think motivation will be much of a problem. I guess I just need to figure out what two consecutive days would be best for rest...
