  • New here, is this a good routine? If not suggest any changes or a new routine please!

So I tried PE in early hs but didn't know at the time that I needed an actual routine... usually just did 3 sec jelqs in the shower for like 10 minutes or something. But now I'm back and actually have done some research.
I've only done this routine for a week so I don't know if that's enough to detect whether or not there will be any bad PI's but so far I haven't encountered anything of that sort.

So my routine goes like this:

    -10 minutes warm up

-30 sec stretch in each direction (straight, left, right, down, downleft, downright, up, upleft, upright, behind the cheeks)
-30 sec stretch straight while doing a TOW (tug of war)
-30 sec stretch down while doing a TOW
-60 sec mandingo stretch (30 sec on each side)
-60 sec mandingo stretch with TOW
-60 sec bundled stretch (30 sec on each side)
-60 sec bundled stretch with TOW

-10 minutes of jelqing (5 sec jelqs)

    -At least 100 kegels

    -Warm down

All of this is done on a 3 on 1 off schedule
I haven't had any injuries or bad PI's like turtling
    Help is appreciated!

    Hey Skatingbboy!

    Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Thank you for the tips. Is there any reason to start a beginners routine besides safety? And about the stretching part, I can't really grab 1 inch away cause I'm uncut, thus extra skin... so it doesn't stretch the ligs, it stretches the skin.
