I edge for 20-40 minutes. I'm gonna up that to an hour soon though. Once again, I'm very new so what I say shouldn't be taken as 100% valid, but form what I've seen after edging my penis is more plump and full, my erections are bigger, and the next day I feel bigger than I did the day before. It's an enjoyable workout which I can definatley say the plumpness of your penis, maybe size I don't know. However, edging to me is a win win.

I am particularly interested in the results of guys edging 1 hour plus. It seems to have a great effect on gains, though it is very time consuming.

I bust after each session, Its more like ballooning if you dont, plus its not very healty to hold back ejaculation for long periods of time.

I think edging has really helped me with my gains and its also a exercise that feels great so its like killing two birds with one stone.I have noticed lately maybe because I'm edging a lot that my sperm has become less though if I dont edge and ejaculate when i want it would be a lot more.And lastly I edge 40-60mins can do longer but due to time restrictions I can't exactly edge all day

I've actually been edging a few times a week ever since I began masturbating just because I found it to be enjoyable, maybe there were already some gains from doing so that I was not even aware of.
