  • Edging.

    Who has noticed an increase in size after adding edging to your exercises? I started edging before I started PE exercising and noticed some length and girth increase. Probably .3 inches in length and .3 inches in girth. Now, this may of been erection quality but I already have a pretty good erection quality probably due to my youth.

    If anyone has anything positive or negative to say about edging, time spent edging etc. It should be interesting to see the results.

    Starting Stats (15th Febuary 2010):
    EL: 5.7 inches.
    BPEL: 6.25 inches.
    EG: 5.25 inches

    Current:
    BPEL: 7 inches.

    Goal:
    BPEL: 8-10 inches.
    EG: 6.5-7 inches.

    I have increased around .5 Cm in girth,and thats more likely to be a increase in erection quality

      I'm starting to think edging can actually increase penis size, as well as endurance time. If any more experienced guys has a theory on this considering I'm just a newbie - for all I know I could be looking into an already looked into topic.

        My EQ is better from edging and im getting more spontanious erections, this may be due to the fact that im detoxing my self from porn and im now finding more things arrausing to me, but my EQ is definatly better from edging and erect kegels.I have not gained from my routine yet so i cant say for sure if edging alone can lead to gains but im sure it will promote growth

          Also before i started edging i usually ejaculate within 30 seconds now it takes like 3minutes.

            Yeah, edging definatley works great with endurance and erection quality, I wonder what more experienced members can add with size increase related to edging - should be interesting. Great endurance gains by the way antonio, hope them increases carry on for you.

              Sloppy & others, how long do you edge? I am currently doing 20 minutes 3 x's/week.

                i edge 20 minutes, also i do it with my routine, 2days on and 1 day off.

                  I usuall edge after my actuall routine which is 2 on 1 off.
                  I can go for 40 min to an hour if i really try but there usually 30 min sessions.
                  I try to reach the PoNR at least three times

                    On good days, I can edge for about 30 minutes. I try not to cum, I feel I hang better the next day. Always warmup before and during edging sessions, and do a few erect kegel jelqs every 30 secs to 1 minute. You'll thank me later.
                    Starting (November 22, 2009):
                    7" bpel/6 1/2" nbpel (did not measure eg)
                    Now:
                    7 1/4" bpel x 5.25" eg
                    Short term goal:
                    7" nbpel
                    Long term goal:
                    8+" bpel/7 3/4" nbpel x 6" eg

                      I edge for 20-40 minutes. I'm gonna up that to an hour soon though. Once again, I'm very new so what I say shouldn't be taken as 100% valid, but form what I've seen after edging my penis is more plump and full, my erections are bigger, and the next day I feel bigger than I did the day before. It's an enjoyable workout which I can definatley say the plumpness of your penis, maybe size I don't know. However, edging to me is a win win.

                        I am particularly interested in the results of guys edging 1 hour plus. It seems to have a great effect on gains, though it is very time consuming.

                            Yea after i edge for 40-60 min,I notice i hange much bigger and for longer then if i only edge for say 20 min

                              I agree with wordup. The kegels are a big part of the resulting endurance and erection quality.
