  • Weighted/Towel Raises help

Is there a guide on towel raising? I know it sounds silly, but I'd like to know what to use for weight other than a wet towel. Could I use anything with weight or is it only safe to use towels? If so, what are some common household/cheap items I could use as weight?
    thanks

Rubber bands work awesome. Can do up and down with them.

The main thing is to start light and only increase weight as condition increases . I also recommend reverse towel raise.
