  • Penis hardens and retracts during stretching

    hi everyone here is my problem

    Im currently doing a 53 min session

    28 mins of it is stretching and 25 of it is jelqing

    For stretching im doing jp90s portion of it im sure we are all familiar with

    The begginning of my stretching my penis extends without any problems but shortly after my penis turtles and starts to stiffen so im essentially stretching a fatigued and toughened penis for the rest of the session and my guts tell me that im shortchanging progress in doing so? How can i fix this?

    Would like to Add that i have made no gains whatsoever so if you think im better off changing my routine all together or just make a slight change i would greatly appreciate the advice

      How long have you been doing pe. How is your eq, has it increased or decreased while startin pe?

        Hi dairo sorry for the inimmediate reply, ive been doing pe inconsistently for a year but ive just started doing it regularly these past two weeks since i got my own place for privacy and convenience. As far as eq it nothing seems out of the ordinary mind you i havent been masturbating or edging these past two weeks but as a result of not stimulating my penis other than pe sessions i do have stronger morning woods that quickly go away like they would for any other guy

            So you've been at this a while. Maybe you noticed this same thing happen when you first started? I had this same problem when I started years ago, probably only did it a few weeks before i quit too. Now my second time around been at it for 2.5 months now, and I had the same problem again at the start. It went away though. Your penis just isn't used to I imagine. I also have a bathmate that I think helped a lot. You may want to consider a water pump. Give it a few more weeks and I'm sure you'll see it improve.

              I would go straight with the jp90 again though. Do more helicopter shakes. Also don't forget your kegels.

                You're stretching too much, too soon. Try doing less stretches for now

                  Yah I sort of didn't see you were doing 25 min of stretching, that is sort of nuts.

                  You said shortly after though, so I'm not exactly sure how long until this happens.

                  Again, just go to the jp90 and do that.

                    Hardens and retracts... it sounds like involuntary kegels.
                    Next time you stretch, with your other hand put a finger just before your testicles (between your balls and anus), press it a little bit, and stretch. If you feel like a muscle tensing and pulling your penis back, then your body is doing involuntary kegels.

                    Other informations that may help to "diagnosis" the problem: how long can you last during masturbation or sex? Do you watch porn and masturbate often? Do you sometimes rush to cum and finish your masturbation quickly?

                        Hey iceclimber i usually dnt edge but when i do its ten to twenty minutes of light and cntrolled edging making sure i dont get aggressive to the point of involuntary kegels or when semen starts seeping in/precum havent watched porn and masturbated to it in a couple of weeks actually

                          I can defintely see the possibilty of rushing my total stretching time so i will start with less stretching time asap thanks for the advice

                            Sounds like a smart idea.

                            I tried jumping straight into the JP90 but I think it's definitely too much for someone who has not done PE consistently. I siwtched to the newbie program as detailed over at *************. Warm up, 5 min of stretching, 10 min of jelqing and then warm down. 2 days on 1 day off. Gradually increasing the time of the exercises. I wanted to focus on length so I gradually escalated to 15 mins stretching 20 mins jelqing over 6 weeks and then went on with that for another 3 weeks and then took a short break. Now I'm done with my first week of JP90 without problems.

                              Anyway make sure to pay attention to your pelvic floor muscles next time, try holding a reverse kegel while you stretch, you may have less retraction doing so.
                              For me I have these retractions if I try streching while laying down. Don't know why but my pelvic muscles get really tense when I'm on this position.
