    Hello, I'm looking for big gains. I am 18 Years old and about 7 inches long, but not that girthy. I'm looking to get to about 10 inches long and pretty girthy as quickly as possible while still being safe. I'm not expecting my goal to be met withing months, i know it can take years to see that kind of growth. I saw a few different workouts on here but I don't know if they would help me seeing as I'm kind of a newbie. A while ago i did jelq for a little bit. But that was a few years ago. But like I said, i'm looking for large gains, with a rigorous workout. I was thinking about buying a bathmate and I think i'll get an x40, is that too big for my size? I've never used a pump before. I see some people have different routines, but which one really works best? and i've seen some people say that O-grip jelqs are good, while others say that U-grip and V-grip are the way to go. What do those look like? I can't picture what they are. I also need to increase my Load and my shot. When i Climax it currently dribbles out. and it's hardly anything. I've been masturbating and watching porn since i was 9. I don't smoke or drink. And i'm currently trying to change my diet. And I also have a problem with P.E. So what would be incorporated into the workout to help me with that? And also what is the best schedule (? I cant think of the word for it.)? I've seen some say that 5 days on and 2 off work, but then i saw jps theory on down days. Has that helped anyone? Should it be followed for a Newbie? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

    im trying to be that big too bro! My girl is constantly joking that i have a small "peep". I mainly use and extender so I can't comment on anything related to stretching and days on/off except for finding something that works for you. I do have a bathmate Hercules and I am 7x5 and It fits fine, my dick gets stuck on the side if i go in at the wrong angle.

        7x5 is pretty big, well above average for sure

            As mentioned by tomasssss, go to the START HERE! link and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the information you will need to get started of safely and effectively.

            We would all like to gain as quickly as possible but the reality is this stuff takes time, lots of time. Expecting to achieve fast gains and the unrealistic goal you have set will only lead to disappointment and ultimately giving up. Out of 130000 members here over the years there have only been a few that have reached gains of 3 or more inches. This can bee seen in the PE Gym Top Performers list. Rethink your goal, stay dedicated, consistent and patient and you will start to see gains
