I just completed my second week of PEing basically taking it really slow, jelks, oriental massage, kegels. Nice long warm ups, nice long warm downs. Was doing 3 days a week. Reps are going up, intensity going up also. My question is, when do most start throwing in devices? I have a P.F., and Bathmate is in the mail. I will be throwing both into my routine. I just don't want to rush it because everything so far has been positive. What do you guys think? Thanks for the replies.

We recommend completing 90 days of a beginners routine before starting with devices. However, if you already have one, you could probably do some short light sessions as a supplement to your conditioning exercises.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

The PF is OK to use before completing a conditioning routine, since it is a vac / tension device, not exerting tremendous pressure on the penis. I'd go easy on the bathmate though until you're fully conditioned. The pressure it applies is much more intense that the PF.

It looks like you aren't doing any stretching in your routine. If that's the case then I would say go ahead and use the PF.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Thanks for responses. I think I'll wait a few more weeks before using anything. Atleast I'll have them when I'm ready. I'll be more conditioned if I decide use them then. I definitely do not feel conditioned by any means right now.10/16..............1/17.......4/17
