I have come across some information about the Male Deer exercise for men.
Reading about it a bit, I see there is a part of muscle contraction:

"while breathing deeply and comfortably in and out, contract and lift the perineum - the muscles between the base of the scrotum and the anus. Keep breathing in a deep, relaxed manner while holding the contraction as long as you comfortably can, usually about a minute"
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this a kegel?
Is this exercise basically assuming that we do a whole 1 min. kegel, while holding an erection, in the morning when waking up?
