I been doing this only 11 months but I wish I could go back 11 months ago and measure myself correctly.


Write down your routine and write down your measurements every first of the month. This will allow you to see if your making progress anywhere and if your not making progress in like 3 months you can change somthing or ask for guidance.

I only know for sure what my el and bpel were before I started PE becuase I measured that a lot lol. I used to measure girth at the base so I'm not for sure what my Meg was and i only think I know what my flassid length and girth was but if I'd wrote it down I'd be for sure.

I kinda been winging this in that aspect and I regret it. Now I'm logging becuase I think I'm stuck at my current measurements and I need to verify that and make changes.
