    Hey guys,

So I've met a girl and we've been spending a lot of time together. I have been doing JP90's routine for about 5 or 6 months and my erections were pretty thick.

Anyway, seeing as I haven't had time to do the routine as much I've had some time off and my erections are now weaker and don't feel as full. Also I have noticed my flaccid doesnt hang as heavy as it did before.

I have been with her for about a month and may have had about 3 weeks rest from jelqing in this time.

Have I lost all of the gains I made? Will I have to put in another 6 months to get back to where I was?

I am seriously disheartened as I was getting more comfortable with my new size so my question is how to I get back to that and how long will it take?

I get awesome eq after just a few weeks of jelqing. And I only do 50 jelqs per training day.

I dont think you lose all gains in just 3 weeks.

How long should I rest for in future so that my gains arent affected? Is 3 weeks a bit too much? Thanks

Did you take measurements from the beginning? That is the only way you would know if you lost gains or not.

Because my erection doesnt feel as big, I dunno. I havent taken measurements but I can notice the difference.

                Does sex affect gains?

Also when I kegel I dont feel much, how should I feel?

My flaccid also seems smaller and I have a slight pain today after jelqing, is that normal or have I damaged my penis?

I really am not sure because I have rested for a while due to being with my girlfriend and having no time to keep up my routine. So I can be overtraining, surely?

I also seem to have less sensation in my penis when I am having sex but I'm not sure whether thats the viagra I use or damage to my penis.

                Any advice would be appreciated.

If your dick doesn't feel as big you need to work on your EQ. PE in general helps with that.

Sex doesn't affect gains, but good PE helps sex!

It's normal to probably not "feel" much when doing kegels at first. I do 250-300 as part of my routine now, but took a while to feel them the way I do now.

I would think over time of doing PE you would be able to stop taking Viagra, but I've never had to take anything like that so maybe someone else can answer that question.
