  • Effective stretch only routine? Recovering from ED

    So as the title says, I have porn induced Erectile disfunction, which means my boy won't get hard for a while...

    So I would like to know if it's possible to build some gains with only stretches. And if it's possible, can you guys suggest some routine?

        Meh, there is no science in any of this. You got a month under you, your fine. Start light at like 2 pounds, with a sock hanger. It's nothing, and way better than the that waste of time jp90 routine imo. Wish I would have just started hanging from day 1.

        Seems like a lot more people hurt themselves from jelqing than hanging anyways.

        From my experience hanging is much safer than the jp90. I can't tell you how many times I felt close to pulling something doing manual stretches, or the uncomfortable feeling of jelqing.

        Hanging feels right to me, and I can see results and feel them much more.

          Your best bet is to focus on jelqs and edging without ejaculation, to improve your EQ. Stretches tend to reduce your EQ while jelqs & squeezes (in moderation) will improve EQ. You're correct, hanging is NOT recommended until you have completed a full conditioning routine for 90 days.

            Funny that the MD that posted his single post here after reading through the forums figured that hanging was the safest method and chose that over all else. I tend to agree.

            But yes, you need to get the EQ fixed first.

              hmm... I'm feeling almost on a dead end now.
              Taking this from my log:

              "After 30 days of JP90 routine, I realised that I'll have to stop it for a while. It's pointless trying to continue if I can't have erections without using kegels to pump blood to my penis."

              So, I developed a bad habit of using kegels to have erections, this makes my pelvic muscles very tight and tired after a while. So if I release the kegel I lose erection.
              I'm trying to figure a way of having erections without doing kegels. If you need more informations you can read my log, which there's a link on my signature.

              So I thought that in this meanwhile I could keep with the stretches to build some gains, but if they have a negative effect on my EQ... well then the only option that I can think of now is stopping everything and wait until I can have normal erections again... damn.

                Thank you. I'll consider starting slow with some hangings. But since jock said that stretching the penis have negative effects on EQ looks like I'll have to wait some time before I can do it.
