    Hey Guys,

    Im a 21 year old healthy guy thats interested in trying the 5G erection tea for increased EQ.

    Do I have to take this in "tea form" or can I just swallow the pill/capsules daily?

    Any other things I should know?

    Also are there any side effects? I suffer from mild ED (possibly Mental) hard to figure out really. I am doing everything right health wise but not being able to get an erection one to many times has caused me to look into this. I would never get on Viagra at my age but this Ive been reading this really just helps.

    My Test is a little low too 439, not crazy low but considering I'm in great shape, eat very well and am so young its weird.

    Just want to fix this and be done with erection struggles haha

      Drinking the tea will be much better than powdered extracts. The tea will absorb better and whole ingredients are much better than supplements. Extracted supplements deliver mostly the active ingredients, but plants contain a whole host of "inactive ingredients" that work in concert with the know active ingredient. In fact it would be very hard or impossible to replicate the proportions of ingredients with an extract. For example, stability of the active ingredient often requires the presence of inactive ingredients in the proportions they occur in the herb.

        I that how most people do it? Could I just dissolve the capsules in hot water? I would even know where to get Ginseng or ginkgo?

          I've been making 3 cups worth almost everyday for a month and it's helped me, although I've never had trouble getting it up. I just wanted to see if it would make me harder for edging sessions. The reason it works is all the ingredients are good for your circulatory system. You don't have to drink the tea necessarily, I recommend you try it, but just add foods that are good for your blood flow into your diet like sunflower seeds for example.

            So really there should be no negatives even if I don't need it right? I don't want to take something and then it mess me up later in some way.

              Ginger, honey, and green tea are some of the healthiest things you can put into your body. I don't see how they could negatively impact you if taken in moderation, unless you have an allergy or go overboard and have way too much. Although if you add a bunch foods that help your circulatory system, but then stop eating them suddenly all at once you will probably lose some EQ after, I've never done that though, just seems logical that might happen.

                The japs commonly drink large amounts of green tea so that should not be a worry , ginger is also commonly taken in large amounts .
