    Did you notice any improvement in difficulty achieving an erection and did it make any difference to EQ?

    I only ask because I can't get as hard as I used to and I'm wondering if this is why?

    What else makes a difference in EQ? Diet?

    Many claim that nicotine is a blood constrictor, I haven't been able to quit it long enough to find out.

    Diet, hydration, rest, libido, and cardiovascular health all play a part when it comes to EQ.

      I dont know But i achieved erections because I dont watch porn , I eat extremely healthy and I do intense exercise every two days

          It does clogg arteries up
          but it takes many years of heavy smoking.

          I think i read that in general a smoker who starts at 20 may experience ED in his late 40s if he was a heavy smoker

              I quit smoking a few years ago and my EQ improved afterwards. I went to the gym for several months whilst I used to smoke and my EQ improved drastically. Once I get personal stuff sorted I'm looking forward to joining a gym again, get fit and consequently be able to split bricks with my tallywacker.

                I only ask because I am a smoker and I've noticed it is very hard to get an erection and often it just stays completely soft when I masturbate.

                Anyone have any suggestions because I am seriously worried..

                  Stop smoking. For men under the age of 40, smoking is the biggest cause of erectile dysfunction. That's because maintaining an erection requires a healthy blood supply, and nicotine causes your blood vessels to contract (which causes the penis to shrink).

                    Sounds to me you need to stop porn if you watch it, hit some cardio to get your blood pumping, do kegels, jelqs, and start a penile stamina regimen.

                        I don't watch porn anymore, I haven't for over 6 months.

                        I don't do cardio, maybe it's that. I dunno, it's just almost impossible for me to get fully erect and it's embarrassing at times.

                        I have recently started jelqing again and I'm hoping that will make a difference.

                          I smoke around a pack a day and I've been smoking for 5 years. I eat good, exercise, drink lots of water, do kegels as well as a stamina routine and have no problems getting it up. I enjoy smoking so I support my habit by making other healthy choices.
