Great community and I hope to one day be able to help as much as you help me.
I'm going to give a go at JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine.
However, I also read on the website that beginners should incorporate 50 kegels every other day.
Is it safe to do it with this routine? If so, should I do it after/before the routine? Or just any time of the day.
