  • 3 months of jp90, no gains

So I've just completed about 3 months of the jp90. I've done a strict 5 days on 2 days off, and so far have seen neither length nor girth gains. I just today added flaccid bends and ulis, as I feel I'd like to see some girth gains first before anything. I'm going to keep going, but I am a little discouraged. Any advice is appreciated.
    Starting: 10.2016: 6.75 nbpel, 7 bpel, 5.25 meg

    Current: 6.75 nbpel, 7 bpel, 5.25 meg

    Goal: 7.5-8 nbpel, 7.75-8.25 bpel, 5.75-6 meg

Hey quest! Was JP90 your first PE routine? How was your routine towards the end? How many sets, reps, etc. Did you see any EQ improvement? How were your PIs while doing the JP90?
    Initial: 12.2 x 11.5 (BPEL)
    Current: 16 x 12.7 (BPEL)
    Goal:
    • Short-term: 17 x 14 (BPEL)

Hello Quest, my advice is start a log. Then we can follow along and give advice. For now please outline your routine, and we will see what we can do.

Quest I am coming up on 90 days as well and I am sure I have 0 gains but I expected as much based on my particular situation. How is your EQ? How often do you measure?

One thing I have noticed is that the first couple months or so should be dedicated to becoming aware and in tune with your penis more so than gaining. What sort of PIs do you see? Over the first 90 days I am starting to realize that jelqing does not work for me unless it is high intensity, which I am reluctant to do because of injury. V jelqs have been a boon for me in terms of maximum expansion seen.

Good luck and keep with it mate if not for the health factor alone and you will see gains.

Yeah, you're not alone. I have gained only 0.2" in girth after JP90. I guess that was the warmup..
          Start 9/'16...11/'16...1/'17

          NBPEL: 5.9 (15)...6.1 (15,5)...6.1 (15,5)
          BEG: 4.7 (12)...4.9 (12,5)...5.0 (12,8)
          FL: 3.54 (9)....3.54 (9)...3.54 (9)
          FG: 3.54 (9)...3.94 (10)...3.94 (10)

          Goal: NBPEL 7.3 (18,5) BEG 5.5 (14)

JP90 was my first routine. I followed it precisely as written. 10-12 min. hot compress, stretching, 50 jelqs, 30 v jelqs (jelq sets repeated 3 times), 6-8 min hot compress. I saw EQ improvement once I started kegels. PIs were all good. I work out 6 days a week, so I'm very in tune with my body.

I'm going to keep going, but I'm just wondering if switching over to/adding girth specific exercises is appropriate at this point. I guess I'm looking for a program to follow that may help me see some gains in a few months.

Eq is great. I measure every few weeks or so. I'm not really seeing any negative PIs, as eq is great and my penis feels fine (no pain or anything). Frankly, it seems like I could handle something more intense, but I'm proceeding with caution because the last thing I need is an injury.
