Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
    Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
    Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
    Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

    Basic Jelqing

    For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

    after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

    After Jelq: Warm Down

Any ideas to tweak and/or how to progress generally using this basic routine?

    Thanks a bunch!

Dont think you need to tweak it that much, how about try it for 8-10 weeks and see what results you have. Often people think you need to keep adding more, but if you are getting results, less is often more
    Starting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
    Goal: 8" x 6"

Thanks for the response! How would you advice me to progress after the 8-10 weeks? Adding more volume in the stretches, or adding new exercises? And if so, which ones can you recommend?

Keep a log, if you make any changes, make them small.
Monitor EQ, so that you know how your changes are doing.
Allow several days, weeks, for an accurate assessment, befor changing something else.

Too many changes at the same time makes troubleshooting very difficult.

Thanks! Is it normal to see a decrease in EQ when performing PE, or is it a sign to slow down a bit? Or how should I interpret changes in EQ?

Some do not tolerate any decrease in EQ; they desire a perfect 100% EQ.

Others do not mind a decrease and find it an indication of how far they are pushing themselves; like feedback.

How either way affects your progress can vary from one person to the next, and what the person id actually doin enters the scenario.

PE needs to be viewed as an experiment in self discovery; you have to find out, how you and your Meat Rocket will react. Fun eh ?
