    Looking for some advice for edging. I am pretty new to this concept. I am also trying to abstrain from ejaculation and porn or PMO (porn masterbate orgasm). Today I made it to day three, now I'm back on day zero lol. I think I coulda continued, but edging got me tempted to use porn as a tool to get me to that edge faster.

    Questions about edgingo I do this immediately after JP90? And how long should one do this excercise for.

    Edging while abstaining from masturbation is not compatible. This abstinence of masturbation is known here as AP90 or some people may know it as NoFap. So my advice for you is to postpone edging until after AP90 (or whatever days you choose to abstain) and then implement edging into your workout. I don't find any problem doing JP90 or any other exercise meanwhile because you are not stimulating yourself to the point of reaching a climax thus it is alright. I will even go as far as to say that you better do semi - erection exercises when you do JP90 not only because you are new to the concept of penis enlargement, but also because it will be more beneficial for your abstinence. You will tease yourself less, less blue balls etc. I read that you just want to know for how long you should edge, but I just thought you might find this useful.

      Doing it after the JP90 is a great way to help keep it in an extended state after a workout. Try to go for about twenty minutes starting out.

        Thanks for the replies. Yeah I am doing no fap, but I'm also really trying to get bigger lol. I mean getting bigger and getting away from the whole dopamine overdose. I dont think being aroused will affect my nofap if I do it a bit smarter. Its like each time I get close to climax it gets harder to control, I just push away sooner and call it good.
