    Greetings all,

    I've been on here before but it's been a few years. I haven't really stuck to any routines since then, but I've got new motivation so I'm back Planning to get married this fall, and my girl and I are waiting until then. So I'm working to get geared up for the wedding

    I started on the JP90 routine this morning. I know I still need to get my starting measurements going too.

    Would love all the encouragement I can get, and any advice outside of what I'm doing.

    Some things I still have that I could use in my routines

    Bathmate
    Phalloson
    x4 Stretcher
    Stealth

    Hello themasterg. Congratulations on the upcoming nuptials. Stick with the JP90 for yup 90 days. You will be growing and increasing your conditioning if you want to escalate your routine later. Don't worry about your size it will be fine. Continue with penis health. I would add the Phallosan and BathMate first after well conditioned.

      Welcome to the gym!

      Wishful has given you some great advice. As he said, stick with the JP90 for now. The JP90 is an intense beginner routine and you want to see how your penis is going to react to the exercises first. After the JP90 is completed you can try adding some devices if your gains have stopped. Trying to advance too fast will only hinder the potential gains you can make.

      The key to your success will be to stay dedicated, consistent and patient. Stay motivated and you will start to see the gains. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, the members here are very helpful.

        Thanks for the tips, to both of you! I thought about doing the JP90 in the morning and a mix of Bathmate/Jelqing in the evening. I'm guessing you all would advise against that right now?

          Yes I would advise against that. If you want to do more like adding in the Bathmate put it in the routine. Don't do split sets morning and night. Give your penis rest time.

            You should wait. It may be a bit too much for just starting out.

              Honestly I have to tell you. Trying to rush forward like this is so dangerous. How will you feel if you injure your penis and can't make love on your wedding night? There is no emergency here. Just safely work on developing and enhancing your penis. You don't need to rush this. Injuries and overtraining are the biggest impediments to gaining. Why do you want to risk your penis? Why do you want to rush?

                That's fair enough, personally I'm not looking for any huge gains. She's a small girl (only 4'9"), so I wouldn't want to get too big. It's more about erection quality, stamina, and maybe a little gain

                  Your JP90 will help you achieve these goals nicely. I would advise against adding any devices until you complete the JP90. If you get some nice newbie gains from the JP90, I'd recommend doing it again as I did. I was blessed with some great newbie gains just from the JP90.
                  After that I was ready to safely move into more advanced work.

                    Thanks for the advice again!

                    I do have a couple of questions for you all with experience.

                    1. With the wet jelqs and especially the v jelqs, I have an issue with my skin riding up my shaft a lot while I'm doing the jelq. I don't feel like I'm getting the full benefit of it when this happens because it's not stretching the right skin. I've found that if I just use one hand to jelq while the other is kept holding my skin at the base it works better. I would switch hands every 10 jelqs or so. Will this work okay?

                    2. Getting my measurements I wasn't sure on a couple of the acronyms. I have a spreadsheet that calculates volume for me that someone had created. Two of the columns are EG Base and EG Mid. I would assume that Base is the bottom of my penis, but is mid really mid way up it? I thought the two measurements needed are the thinnest point and the thickest point to calculate the volume. Which I assume would be the best of the penis, and the thickest point on the head

                      Defiantly want to be careful and take it easy. Me and my girl waited until after we were married. I tried doing jp90 5 weeks before our wedding and gave my self hard flaccid and didn't get a erection for 3 to 4 weeks! At the time I was a virgin. Talk about a close call! Just don't break it.

                        Greetings all,

                        Just giving an update after the few days of doing this. I've just been sticking to the JP90 routine as recommended by everyone here. Last night I broke out my fleshlight and wow...no gains yet of course that I know of, but WAY harder. I even stayed hard a couple of minutes after finishing. There are probably several contributing factors to that, I stopped watching porn over a week ago, plus the added circulation benefits from the exercises.

                            Im in the same boat Getting married in a few months as well and recently started PE. I am personally aiming for stronger erections, better stamina and any size gains will be a very welcome bonus. I admit that id be a little dissapointed if i were not to gain size before then, but if the erection quality is greatly improved i wont be complaining

                              Many members experience the skin pull while jelqing. Is it the scrotum skin in particular? This leads to turkey neck, which is reversable but it is not such a bad thing overall. Which lube are you using? I have experimented with a few and for me personaly the vaseline is the best so far. It really increases the glide and thus reducing the skin pulling.

                              There is a modified v-jelq which reduced the skin pulling completely but since it is more advanced exercise I would not recommend it.

                              And yes. When I jelq I try to prevent the skin from pulling with the other hand but I am switching the hands every jelq. Consider experimenting with the overhand and underhand jelqs to see which feels better for you.
