    Hello guys. A little background about me. I'm 29 years old, sexually active and healthy overall. I first discovered jelquing about 4 years ago, the information was limited (never saw this forum). I do remember seeing improvements in the months i exercised and i dont really remember why i stopped. Anyway, what led me to find this forum is a funny and embarassing story. I hooked up with a gorgeous 21 year old. I mean found the girl extrmely sexy, shes just my type (I'm a booty man and shes got it). So we're going at it and i feel it, it starts going soft. As you can imagine, it wasnt ideal. I would get hard and soft and she seemed confused. I blamed it on whiskey dick, but i hadnt drank much. My boners are usually pretty ok, but i have noticed in the last few years i dont get as hard or big as i used to. And i have taken arginine and sometimes a bit of levitra to make sure i have the boner i need for a particular girl. I dont want ths to be a norm. I am commiting to the exercises for both size and conditioning. I wil be adding edging to my regime. I also suspect my porn watching and jerking it is affecting my hardness in real life, so i have quit porn for now. With that out of the way, i was looking at big als routine since it seems to have a little bit of everything. But i see most people talk about jp 90s. What do you guys think would be better for me?

    There are a number of possible beginner routines out there to choose from . A lot of variables come into choosing a routine including time, how conditioned you think your dick is at this point etc.

      I have plenty of time rifght now. In terms of conditioning, i dont have any. Have no jelqued in years and when i did i did not stretch or warm up. I am looking at this as a fresh start

        WOW , I was exactly your age which was a decade ago & that same scenario started happening to me . Except it was with my Wife but the same situation . Found out just 2 years back it was due to High Prolactin levels causing what you would call whiskey dick. I didn't watch Porn so the situation was confusing & frustrating for several years to say the least.

            Hey guys just an update. I feel jp90s routine is right for me as its a little move intensive. I am on day one, no soreness, no problems.

              The whiskey dick happened to me once for sure in college, but i was pretty hammered haha. Not sure why my boners are not as hard. I would imagine my blood vessels are healthy as my arm veins are pretty vascular and have normal blood pressure. I also lift weights. Just started taking the non NO amino acid supplement, forgot the name.

                Quick question. JP90 calls for 150 jelqs 1 being with both hands. So 300 individual one handed jelqs correct?

                  Correct; but that is a lot of reps to start off with straight away. I started with half the reps and added on 5 reps after every rest day. You'll end up doing the full routine after about 5 weeks.

                  That is just me personally; check your PIs tomorrow and see how you feel

                    I'm on day 2 and penis feels fine. What is the better schedule. 2 days on 1 off. Or 5 days on 2 off?

                      2 days on 1 day off in my opinion. Take at least a week or two doing this to asses if you could possibly handle 5 on 2 off. But, I like the 2 on 1 off to allow for sufficient healing time. I found 5 on 2 off to be grueling since I needed a rest day by the 3rd or 4th day.
