  • Getting back on it

I started PE on November 2016 but on January I took a break (the all month).
I was doing 140 jelqs and 3 sets of 5 stretches for 30 sec.
I want to get back on it and I am thinking of starting really low like 60 jelqs and maintain the stretches.
    Is this a good strategy?
And also do you get positive PIs if youre undertraining? I am asking because during my break I experienced positive PIs like morning wood..
So are positive PIs a default state? If so how do I know if I am undertraining?

It's a great idea to start with less and bump up the intensity gradually after a break. You have to experiment with routines to see how far you can push yourself without bad PIs.

I'm sure you've read this, but you may want to look at it again.
