  • First post but intermediate PE'er

Hello everyone. I stumbled upon this website back in late August 2016. I've read and still read a bunch in the newbie section just never really posted until today. So far I am pleased, my EQ is above what I was before, but I still feel my enbpl is still short. Today was the first time I measured before starting PE, so far I have seen small length improvement going from nbpfl 3" to 4" and fg was from 4" to 4.75". I happy so far and still going, my el was from 6" to 6 1/2", and eg was from 5" to 5 1/2" .

So far I've purchased the bathmate x30 and use it 3 days out of my PE training and I've recently purchased x4 labs extender. I'm slowly working my way up. I'm more focused on nbpl and I feel that is what counts, but I have some bad turkey neck going on and want to slim it down some but I figure as time goes on it should shrink as I grow or I could be wrong. Thank you for reading and I look forward to my journey.

    Hey Tbeard!

    Welcome to the Gym.

I know you said you have read a lot in the Beginners Forum; however, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors..

Thanks guys. I know there have been mixed reviews over stretching on rest days. I always warm up with a rice sock for 15 minutes during pe, and even on rest days with a light stretch for about 10 minutes morning/night. Do you guys think that would be fine or should I just rest completely.

Yesterday my x4 labs device came in and right away I started reading and figuring it out. Today I started my 4hr wearing time right after a 20 minute warm up and 7 minute stretch. I think later on I'll start my log.
