  • New year resolution

    My new year resolution is either 10X8" or 12X7". Yeah, I know, it sounds bizarre but I am actually committed to this course, whether you try to dissuade me or not.

    Dissuade you? Hell I named myself after you. Just don't overtrain and hurt yourself.

        Wishful10X8, there is this new thing called taking it slow. I've got an entire year to reach either one of those goals without any over training or injury.

                  Around 7.2" in BPEL, but I only have a basic ruler so my girth is around 1.5-1.7" so far.

                    Take it easy then. You can grow nicely, but don't try to get several inches in one year.

                      You should know, this is not a quick process. A lot of devices and drugs will advertise several inches over a year or even months, but the truth is that after the first inch, it gets significantly more difficult. Heck, even that first inch can be a real bear. Don't hurt yourself and don't be discouraged if you aren't making the progress you want. Be consistent and keep a good record of both your current size and your workouts. This will help you figure out what's working and what isn't. I would call it normal if you gained between 0.75" and 1.5" with a year of good workouts.

                      BPEL: 6.75"
                      EG: 4.75"
                      Current (8/3/17)
                      BPFSL: 8.7"
                      BPEL: 8.1"
                      MEG: 5.5"

                      8.25 BPEL
                      5.75 MEG

                        I'm 7.2" BPEL also Rollins but I'd be dreaming to think I can get to 10" by the end of the year! If I gain another .75" I will be to the moon happy to reach 8" BPEL and have a 7.25" NBPEL!

                          Wishful10X8, agreed. I think that we both know that reaching either goal would take more than a year, but it doesn't hurt to be optimistic sometimes.

                              Currently I'm about an 1/8th of an inch from 6.5" NBPEL. I've hit 6.5" after a PE session, but I only count measurements taken after 2 days rest. My fat pad is .75"
