    Happy New Year to everyone! I welcome 2017 - finally!

    I used to be a somewhat regular poster here and very active member of the community but fell off the face of the Earth (no - not Prison! LOL! Just busy with life and drama).

    But, I am back. Glad to be back. Gonna have to get back into the swing of things with the PE Exercises. It has been a goooooooood while. Thinking that my EQ has suffered a bit so gonna first work on that. Length is always a desire for me. Just how God made me. Girth is okay, but I would like a little more. And shooting ropes is way cool (and the chicks love it....I don't care what they say if you are talking about it.....but when you actually do it they freaking love it!). Gonna work on that, too!

      All good, man! I used to spend a lot of time in here (May - Sept, 2015) but life got in the way. Well, I allowed that, naturally. I am excited (pun intended) to be back and looking forward to some positive gains.

      For all those new forum members, if I might (and all your senior members please feel free to correct me), please concentrate first on EQ (Erection Quality). I promise you that women will remember a totally rock hard cock that is 6 inches long over a sorta hard cock that is 8 inches long. So, for me anyway, EQ is the top goal. A little more length would be amazing and a little more girth would be nice. But, a rock hard cock - regardless of 'stats' - is my Number One priority. No confusion there (not for me, anyway).

            You're correct in focusing your PE on EQ & I'd also add stamina (edging regularly) into the mix for healthy more satisfying libido & sex! Glad you've CUM back to the GYM, AverageDude!

                          I did.....very slight gains based on something with tangible numbers (read: ruler) but amazing gains where things were not so tangible (read: not with a ruler but with EQ and the associated confidence that came with it...).

                          I mean, read my really long post where I reference a few "girls talk" conversations.

                          And, in all fairness, I do tend to overdo things. A lot. So, a big part of my issues (wrong word, but let's agree on that word in this context - for lack of a different word) were that my intensity was too strong and my frequency was too great.

                          For me, it was all about finding the proper "formula".

                          I was doing something right, though. EQ - which was pretty good to start - really improved. And don't think that the ladies don't notice that! I mean, when it is so hard that it hurts (in a good way).....each and every time....sometimes four or five times a day.....they notice!

                          Length and girth gains would be nice....but I have enough to not worry about it. And, for the size queens out there....they are missing out on something totally kick-ass! :-)

                            Hi Averagedude. I'm doing kegels and reverse kegels for EQ. Edging is hard for me cause I'm too addicted to porn. What exactly did you do for better EQ?

                              Good morning! Thanks for the comments. To improve EQ (erection quality, for those new to this) I do several things:

                              1. no porn
                              2. jelg
                              3. kegel
                              4. edge

                              Honestly, #1 is listed as the first one for a reason. Porn messes up our minds. It leads to irrational expectations (using those words very specifically) and, for most, body image issues. Yup! Guys have that as well. Perfect example would be someone, after watching porn where the guy is 9 x 6, can go for hours and shoots eight ropes, thinking to himself - "His dick is huge, my dick is tiny and pathetic!". It also leads to a total lack of connection with a real person.

                              Anyway, porn really is - generally speaking - a horribly bad thing. Not saying that it is bad in all contexts. I had a friend once and we would watch a scene from some very tasteful porn (will leave her name out...not trying to promote anything or get in trouble) and then re-enact it. That was fun. :-)

                              Jelqing and kegels help a ton. So does edging. It is the overall exercise that - for me - leads to really amazing EQ.

                              Nutrition can also help there. I am a fan of "Eastern Medicine".

                              So, quit the porn. Get your mind in a better place. You will see huge improvement there. Just from that.
