  • Problem with Sexual Performance

    When having sex, I noticed that I have trouble maintaining my erection. Unless my penis is constantly stimulated in the right ways I will lose by erection very easily. I can regain it, but the problem is that I keep losing it and regaining it.

    Why is this happening? What can I do to prevent this from happening?

    My penis is only 5.125" long and I am currently five and a half weeks into JP90.

    Are you doing any Reverse Kegels, Hindi Squats, other things to stretch the pelvic floor? Do you watch porn? Do you masterbate often? We need more information.

        Are you stretching with to much force? Jelqing with to much of a squeeze? Now that I lightened way up on both, rock hard, before that, exactly like you are.

          It could be due to porn if you watch it regularly. Also avoid using a death grip while masturbating.

            Are you edging? Masturbating? Take a break from it all and see what happens, but keep having sex. When EQ returns to normal, return to PE lightly, and go from there. You're probably just over training.

              I'm not doing reverse kegels or hindi squats. I am dong kegels though. I do watch porn, especially do help me get and maintain an erection during PE. I masturbate several times a week and have sex about every other week.

                I highly doubt that I am using too much force. I am good at not using too much force.

                    I am edging and masturbating. I can stop masturbating and edging, but I do use porn during PE. I hope I'm not over training. How long should I take a break for? I don" wanna lose gains. I wanna keep making gains.

                      So lets see you don't seem to have tested your hormone levels ssso it could be that .
                      You are using porn it could be that ..
                      You are doing kegels with no rk or hindi it could be that .
                      Or it could be something else what does the doc say?

                        Quit the porn, that's most likely it. I suggest taking two weeks off from everything, ease into JP 90 again and don't do any kegels. When are we going to edit that stuff on JP90? I don't know if people aren't reading enough or if there's not enough emphasis on the reverse kegels but either way it's getting ridiculous.

                          Two weeks. Quit porn, even during PE. If you can't PE without porn it tells me porn is your problem bro. Save your arousal for your woman, not porn, because you're missing out.

                            I'm not trying to step on toes but it just might be your ejaculation frequency. PE 5 on 2 off doesn't mean , bust a nut 5 on 2 off. If you Edge several x a week and always finish with ejaculation that right there will put the fire out. Try edging for a couple of days without ejaculation & watch how the fire rage's. Using Visual Stimulation or Imagination is your choice

                              Your EQ should go up substantially & when you get good at Edging for extended time , learning pelvic floor balance , Kegels & RK .. When you have Sex your penetration Stamina will definitely improve. It just takes a lot of time & practice practice practice. Your women will love the ROCK EQ
