  • Too much masterbation affect your erections?

    Hey guys, I been doing some research about masterbating too much since I do it on a daily basis pretty much and was worried that with PE it could start overtraining. Is masterbating once a day too much? Is everyday too much? I'm just now thinking about how it affects the brain with all that dopamine and whatever else hormone that gets involved. I think I read that when you ejaculate you adrenals work harder and something about cortisol levels, which can affect the testosterone levels. So masterbating too much could techinically decrease test levels which in return could cause penis shrinkage? Is this real? Does anyone know anything about this stuff?

    On another note, if you masterbate too much, doesn't that affect your erection quality?

    Personally, masturbating daily did affect very negatively my EQ (erection quality).
    I've read on the forum that once or twice a week is a maximum if you want to maximize EQ.

      Masturbate to imagination no more than 3 x per week otherwise it will begin to desensitize you. Have sex and don't watch porn also.

        When I quit masturbating daily everything changed greatly.

        It's different for everybody though.

        Erections are natural now, they happen without stimulation. I stay erected without stimulation. I'm easily aroused. Yada yada yada.

        Give up masturbation for a week or two and see what happens. If you aren't getting random boners throughout the day, IMO you are playing with him too much. If you require a lot of stimulation and/or porn to get an erection, yup you are playing with him too much. I can walk through the grocery store and get horny.. I see a sexy one and blood starts flowing, fantasies start juicing.. it's like I'm back in grade school.

        Stop playing/ejaculating so much and enjoy the ride.

                SURE, I have a preferred list of sources for every style of cock ring!...but first you need to properly size yourself in order to promote growth & cement your gains from 24/7 wear.                     For stamina training, a good rule of thumb is the 60 minute rule. If your sexual activity has you engaged in vigorous movements WITH a full erection for a total of 60 minutes or more per week, you can forgo the Stop and Start. For any time less than that, you should make it up in your training.

                    If you're practicing kegeling for control during your sexual activity, you can estimate offsetting that from your routine as well. If you're doing less than this AND you're getting tired, it might me more than penile stamina that's the issue. Intense sexual activity can require a high degree of cardiovascular fitness. If you're lacking in that area, it's advisable that you make improvements so that it becomes less of an issue.

                      I've been masturbating daily or more for the past week and my erections are definetively weaker and small, i think porn may the be the reason most people including myself get weak erections when masturbating too much. Gonna cut on it as of now. Good luck

                        Penis shrinkage? Is it pernament? What about low testosterone? Can this cause the penis to shink also?
                        I think i used to be BPEL 5.5 when i was in high school, but now 5. Idk i didnt really record it as high school was like, 9 years back lol. It doesnt look like I'm smaller, but i cant help but to think it did happen.

                          I've been doing a ton of research on how porn affects our brains too, and some otehr stuff about abstraining from masterbation and ejaculation. I just did a session of edging not too long ago, almost failed. Today is only day 2 of abstraining, and my dick isn't all turtled up like it normally is. I mena even in the summer it's all shrivled. I guess I never really payed attention to this kinda thing, but today I keep super horny and my dick have been very loose all day. I m assuming at this point a shrivled up non erect dick means over use and needs rest. I'm really hoping i can last a long time with this. imma just straight up cold turkey ejaculation and just do edging. seems to do the trick kinda.

                              Yeah i actually just read up on taht. but I'm not really "edging" per say I'm just trying to get my hardest erection and stretch. I dont really get anywhere near ejaculating. Doent the brain still release dopamine though even if you dont get close to ejaculation? Like if you just stroke for 30 seconds are you still flooding the brain with dopamine at that point? What about listening to music, or eating certain foods, doesnt the brain release dopamine at that point? I dont get it. Whats teh difference between actually coming and giving in vs edging or just getting a full hard on erection? All screw with the brain right?
