  • This forum really confuses me

Look I'm not trying to piss anyone off, but I'm so confused about how you guys gain

I've heard numerous urologists say you CANT exercise a penis like other muscles (cause is actually an organ)

I'm confused about how you guys could be gaining when a urologists says you can't...

    These guys STUDY DICKS FFS

like I said not Tryinf to piss anyone off but I'm so confused

I'm beginning to think jelqing just swells the penis and then when you stop the swelling goes down. Because I've never read anyone on here who hasn't lost gains after stopping

And some guys who say they went from 6-8" ???? Bullshit. That's a load of total crap right there. I want photographic evidence with the whole dick in the photo.

    Look up davis's law
    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Davis's_law
Urologists can only tell you things based off of what they learn. They are taught to fix penile injuries, bladder and kidney problems and how to slice ligaments for length gains. Of course they will tell you it's a scam, and if they recommended it they would look really bad from an ethical standpoint judged by society.

Do NOT doubt gains on here, it is rude and disrespectful. We do not encourage people to violate their well entitled privacy by showing their penises to an unknown population of doubters. Im just giving you a little history lesson. Take notes.

One day mainstream science will work out the details of the science of it . After that it will take a few decades for the uro's to get on board with it . A decade or 2 more for them all to learn it .

Course I will be long dead but I will laugh from the grave.

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

How about doing the evidence work on yourself for 90 days FIRST and then assess yourself?

Just because others are gaining, this does not mean this is not true. Prove it yourself by doing the work.

First: I want to say is possible, my husband grew even though that was not our initial goal.

Second: No pics, what's the point, I can post anyones and you would not now.

Three: We came to the Gym looking for ED relief after all is nice to have a nice unit, but even better when it works.

All I can say is try it out, is not for everyone and thebresults depends on variables such as: genetics and dedication to name a few.

The fundamental issue is that there have not been any published studies on the impact of manual exercises aimed to stretch the penis (e.g. stretches) or increase its internal pressure (e.g. jelqing) - however, recently a decent body of evidence has begun to accumulate for device-assisted traction (penis extenders), with the relevant medical application being treatment of patients with Peyronie's Disease who experience curvature and length deformation. A good recent review is here: Penile traction therapy and Peyronie’s disease: a state of art review of the current literature - Chung & Brock (2013) - the full text is free through the link.

Take note that a number of previous studies have looked at extender use in men without Peyronie's Disease (men dissatisfied with their penis size, but otherwise healthy) including a more recent study after the review above (Nowroozi et al. J Sex Med 2015;12:1242-1247), and found similar efficacy. The body of scientific evidence that penis size can be non-surgically altered is definitely in its infancy, but if one is to look at what is available, the case is made pretty strongly that, at the very least, it is not as impossible as traditionally thought.

                Stay critical, friends.

Thanks guys. I wasn't trying to be an ass. Tbh I really wanna PE but I'm terrified of injury because I have anxiety already. Injuring my unit would set it off like crazy

PE lightly and slowly condition your unit for more intense work.

...better to start light to avoid injury than to start heavy and get injured.

Until it can be definitively proven in multiple studies, they cannot say it works, so it "doesn't work" if you ask them. Apparently bodybuilding was seen the same way many years ago...and we all know how that one played out/is viewed today.

As for the 6-8" comment...to me that takes a lot of luck, a lot of dedication, and a lot of time. Gains of 1" don't seem all that uncommon, plus if you also factor in someone with bad erections who improves things, it could potentially take the odd 6" before (with an EQ of 5) to an 8" after (with an EQ of 10).
                        Original/Current Stats:
                        2014-09-01: BPEL 6.8"/NBPEL 6" MEG 5.0", BPFL 5"/NBPFL 4" FG 4.4"
                        2019-03-16: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"

                        Goals:
                        Realistic: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" MEG 5.5"
                        Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75"
                        Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

Interesting, Davis's law uses the term "unremitting" traction. This means constant traction with now relaxing. I have been using my PF for 10 hours each day with 14 off obviously. According to everything I have previously read 10 to 11 hours each day of traction is ideal. However, Davis's law seems to suggest that traction must be constant. Anybody have any thoughts on this??

I remember when roids were proven to not work , the number of reps was irrelevant they had proved it yada yada .

                              Thanks for the replies guys.

I think I MAY eventually take the plunge and try. Maybe. I just need to keep researching. I'm reasonably happy with my length (6.0 BPEL) but I'd really like to bump my 5.25 MSEG to 5.5. Also improve EQ which has been affected by porn (however maca works wonders for that )

My main question is how do you guys balance sex with PE? Like.. Surely if you're gonna rest 3-4 days a week, sex is a no-no on those days too? Right?
