  • Question about warming up

    Hi all! I used to do PE about 5 years ago and gained .5" BPEL in 1 month. Since then, I stopped completely. Porn addiction set in and all my gains were lost. Ive tackled my addiction, and decided to get back into PE

    So for my routine, im going to do JP90. I want to do it as discreet as possible and can only do it in my bedroom at night, so I need a way to warm up effortlessly where I wont have to run back and forth to the sink.

    I know how important warming up is, so I want to make sure I am able to do it properly. A heating pad would be awesome; something I can plug in preferably. Is there any products out there that work for you that would help me out?

    Bench Press- 190x5

    Good choice on your part fixing the porn addiction before starting again.

    Any heating pad will work. Even a rice sock you can microwave once and take it to your room.
    Starting: 6.5x4.9

    Current: 7.5x5.75

    Goal: 8x6++

      I'm shopping for a new one also, as mine broke today. I would say the only guideline is to not get one that's advertised as 'wet heat'. Those are enclosed in plastic to make them waterproof, but consequently make it much more difficult to conform to your penis. They just kind of fold in sharp angles instead. Find a cloth one, and if you look closer at them you'll see the disbursement of the wires varies a lot. You'll want one with the wires spaced closer together.

          Heating pad or rbi99's fire starter warmup. I prefer the fire starters because they are dry and you can do them in between sets and keep warmed up the whole time, as oppose to a long warmup and cooling down to room temperature during the exercises. Also because they are free and I don't own a heating pad, haha.
