    I'm new to this. As I'm experiencing rapid growth in girth and swelling, I'm noticing a change in appearance. I have an indention on the top of the head near the hole. Will that smoothen out or is it scarring from circumcission? I stopped for a few weeks and it went back to normal. Since I started back it quickly came back with the girth.

    What is your routine? It sounds like you are overworking it to me.

      Shower. Stretch each direction for 30 seconds. Then 30 jelques down 30 right 30 left 30 up.

        That's a fairly light routine. How tight is your grip while jelqing and where do you stop your stroke?

          Thank you! I feel like I'm doing it right. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same. I'm a grower, so I think extra growing room has something to do with it not being visible before.

            Hey Mr. Nis?

            Welcome to the Gym

            i am quite sure circumcision doesn't effect the head of your penis. If you are sure it wasn't there prior to starting PE then it is most likely due to increased EQ. As the tissue on the head is forced to expand due to PE/increased EQ, apparently a section of tissue is resisting the expansion causing the indent.

            You have to decide if you can live with a bigger dented dick or keep your current smooth head. Perhaps over time the dent will subside.

            However. Since you are new to PE It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

            It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

            Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

            Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
