Looks ok, just I think you are rushing into ulis too soon if you are a beginner, it could be dangerous so soon. I would do the jelqing and stretching for 8 weeks or so before adding ulis. You will likely gain without them at the start anyway
    Starting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
    Goal: 8" x 6"

If I were you I'd slow down the jelqs to 5 seconds, maybe 4 if you prefer. Go slow enough so you can really imagine yourself pushing the blood from the base into the glans. I agree with the above that ULIs may be too advanced at the beginning, especially at 10 EQ. Try jelqing at 50%-70% EQ instead.

Also try to cut out the porn. If you can't keep a high enough EQ without it, then you should really consider weening off and eventually stop watching it.

You think? My EQ during sex is great - it's just that I don't get hard while jelqing.

Also, if I slow down the jelqs, how many do you think I should do in total?

Your routine is light on stretching and too heavy on jelqing for someone just starting out. Jelqing at a very low to no erection level will have very little effect. I will take some practice and experimenting but you need to try and get it above 30%. Forget the ULI's, your not ready for that and it is not a replacement for jelqung. You are in a conditioning phase right now and should be following a structured beginners routine, such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine), to maximize your results while minimizing the risk of injury.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

What they said, except I think you are counting jelqs as one rep per hand. So that is only 250 in the way we count them. 250 is not a bad number if you slow down your stroke. Spend a little time imagining your lady is doing the jelqing for you. It might raise your EQ a little.

                  I'll assume you're a beginner and unconditioned.

                  1. Cut stretch times in half and do two sets.

                  2. Do jelqs at 40% to 80%, I doubt 30% will even get you length. Cut it down to 300 strokes or 150 reps if you count like JP90(I don't). Maybe extend the stroke to 3 seconds, do it in sets if you need time to recover EQ.

                  3. Don't do Ulis right now, wait at least two months, preferably three. Instead do your Jelqs later in the day. From what you've written in the thread it would seem the stretches are impacting your immediate EQ and you need rest before moving on to girth.

                  4. Make sure to warm up for about 10 minutes and warm down for about 5.
                  Start
                  BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)

                  Current (4/10/2018)
                  BPEL: 8"
                  MSEG: 5.375-5.45"

                  Goal
                  BPEL: 8"+
                  MSEG: 6"

If you are unable to give yourself a desirable EQ without porn, there may come a day when you can't get an erection even with a partner. If you really don't want to stop using porn, at least try to get an erection before you turn it on. You don't want to train your brain to need visual stimulation for an erection.
