Hi all! My PE journey started when I was 18. My member is average to slightly above average, and my girlfriend at the time broke up with me and started dating a guy who was 8.5". Word got around that I was small, and I frantically searched the interwebs for a solution. Enter PE.
After being a part of this site for a few months, doing tons of research, I decided to give it a try. After 2 months, I gained .5" in length. It was awesome, but with the added confidence came a lack of motivation and I lost all my gains over the course of the last few years of stagnation.
After a few years passed, I am now 26 and have some new goals. I want to have a big dick for my wife someday, and I want to be a shower. I recently tackled porn addiction and my FL increased from that alone, but this time around I want to remain consistent in my exercises and shame isnt whats fueling me. I am more mature now in my approach to PE. So here is what I am doing, questions to follow:
10 minute warm up
30 second stretches (left, right, up, down)
3 sets of 50 jelqs
I just finished my first workout, and it feels pretty good. Not much change in my flaccid hang, but that's alright. I know PE works because I've done it before. I want to keep my routine fairly simple early on, focusing on jelqs and stretches. Here are my questions:
1) When stretching, should you "feel" the stretch? I feel as if the "feeling" is when the skin stretches and I dont really know the cues to tell me I'm doing them correctly.
2) Should I do wet or dry jelqs? Is there a difference in effectiveness between the two? If so what's the difference? I dry jelqed years ago, for reference. Is it merely preference? My glans grows visably bigger when I do dry vs wet, is that a sign that dry is more effective?
3) Are V jelqs necessary? JP90 calls for it, but I cant get the form down. Can I just continue with regular jelqs or would the V jelqs help in terms of effectiveness?
4) I want to make sure I'm doing an appropriate amount of volume in my workouts. Is my current routine too light in volume? I know not to do too much, but I dont want to do too little, either.
5) What are some of the early signs that your penis is responding to the exercises? (Other than growth, of course)
Thank you for your time!
