    Hello people.
    I've read a fair deal about it, but I can't seem to realize which is the best way to do that because I need something simpler to begin with.

    I am a Jelqer for enough time, so I am willing to move on to some light hanging in the beginning.

    And I want to build a routine, but it is not easy to choose or understand.

    Should I hang down 3 times a day? Then in the other day go for BTC angle (Something I found difficult to understand too)

    What can you recommend me?

    If you are just starting out with hanging then you should focus more on BTC. This position will put more tension on the suspensitory ligaments. By doing this it allows you to work the ligs as well as the tunica to maximize your gains. Hanging straight down will be your secondary angle to use only if you feel you feel the need to.
