    Hello

    Im starting pe today (fyi i dont habe the lingo down yet lol) and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions that have actually worked for them. So im starting the jp90, we will see how it goes! Proven methods/suggestions would be awesome thnx

      Hello and welcome!!!!
      I recommend you START HERE! if you haven't already, there is some useful info in there. I know it's a lot of reading but that is how you make you dick bigger!

      My only recommendation is that you make sure you aren't kegeling while doing your penile stretching even though it says to do it in the routine, there's actually some risks associated with it regarding your pelvic floor.
      Also, make sure you aren't a porn user and that you have good EQ (erection quality) on your PE journey, this will ensure that you gain.
      Finally, I recommend that you read this thread. Read the "bad PF habits" in green to make sure your PF is in working order also the "Penis enlargement and the Pelvic floor" section in pink so you go about PE as safely as possible.

          Hey Mr. MIH!

          It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

          Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

          Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

            Thanks guys. Im going to be honest im skeptical and hopefully i am proven wrong!! Im going with the jp90 and see where it goes. I will keep you guys posted on my gains (if any) by the way i wrote my measurements wrong, heres the actual measurments im starting with

                        hey man welcome! I am skeptical still too. I have been doing this for a month with 2 full weeks off, and have gained 3/8ths of an inch on my BPEL. I still dont believe this though, I think it could just better my erection, seems to make sense but actual length I am stil in disbelief. If I gain any more length I will truly start to believe.

                        But some advice from what I learned is less is more in PE. Don't go too hard. The first time I thought I gained length is was from just a few days of jelqing lightly and that was it, my theory was to slowly integrate all of JP90 within a month. But within a few days I noticed a stronger erection. Since then I been training too hard on the stretches and jelqs, I have taken 2 weeks off total. I'm switching to another program. Does anyone remember that dudes name? SMPEL or something like that. He had a lighter version of JP90 and he stuck with it for a year until he changed it, and he went from 5.8 to over 8 inches in length. Just food for thought. I think its is wise to start really light, because JP90 is a lot imo and you might be going over your "sweet spot" for gains. I feel like thats what JP90 did to me, way too much.

                        One last tip, jelqs are tough at first cuz you'll be getting a boner when you do them, but after about 2 weeks you dont get boners from jelqs. Pretty crazy actually.

                        Good luck in the gains man, my BPEL is 5.2 as well But we'll get there!

                          His name was PESG. A must read... like onion said, he did a very light version of jp90, and it worked wonders for him. I'm currently in the same boat, I do less right now. Good luck and be safe..

                            I was skeptical when I read this kind of stuff back more than a decade ago. Now that I'm giving it a real concentrated try, I have to say, I look and feel meatier than I was a week ago, and it seems bigger flaccid throughout the day as well.

                            Subtle but noticeable difference with the last 7 days. My erect measurements are the same as they were last week, but I'm noticing a difference in my flaccid appearance - for sure.

                              Ok guys it has been 15 days exactly and i have not gained anything on girth or length. Im still 6.2 bpel and 4.7 eg. Ive been doing the jp90 and nothing. Any suggestions or stories of progress?? I must say though i am having the best orgasms ive ever had in my life, its EXPLOSIVE!!
