Okay so I'm considering trying PE....But i have some reservations

    Okay so the thing is usually i would never try something like this without medical evidence...But the amount of people testifying that PE works is making me tentatively consider starting...But I wanna be careful af..

    Another thing that has me hesitant is I can be a slow learner sometimes, especially if i dont have someone actually here teaching me lol... And the idea of learning as i go and potentially fucking my dick up isnt appealing lol..

    My stats are: 5.87-6.25 inches BPEL depending on arousal level, and 5.5'' NBPEL

    Girth was 5.12 MSEG, however adopting a vegan diet and increasing exercise has actually boosted me up to 5.25EG over a matter of days/weeks... Potentially a little over 5.25 when aroused as hell..So try that out anyone who is prepared to go vegan (its not as bad as you think and you feel great, or maybe it just works for me)


    I looked at the JP90 routine, and tbh it just seemed complicated as hell and I'm just not sure if its for me...

    Would something basic like 5-10 min warm up, 5-10 min jelqing, 5-10 min cool down work? say, 3x per week?

    I kinda wanna increase length and girth, but if i had to choose one id choose girth.. actually not 100% sure about that.. maybe length..

    Also wanna improve EQ which hasnt been so great lately but I'm pretty sure thats because i relapsed with porn every day for a few weeks, then again for a couple days a week ago...

    Anyway hit me up with advice dudes.. Alot of people on reddit say PE doesnt work and the people on here saying it does are paid posters but that makes little sense to me... Wtf is there to be gained by promoting something you can do for free..I trust the knowledge of people on here but like.. I dont want anything bad to happen to my dick...

    My size isnt anything huge but it works well for me, can usually make most girls come with it and i take that as a good sign because alot of girls cant come from vaginal penetration..

    If jp90 looks to much, that's because it is for alot of beginner's.. it's more of an advanced beginner routine. I'm doing a very simple beginner routine if you read it for yourself, you will be very motivated and ready to do work. Look into PESG, his story is in the success threads. He got amazing gains with a very simple routine. I've already gained after only a month. Good luck.

      It takes a long time and it is really a mindset/way of life. I'm still a bit skeptical of continued gains over a very long period of time (>5 years) but It surprising how much you can gain with just jelqing can increase you stats just due to EQ and overall penis health. I've been at it for like 3 years but have been on and off...

        Hey MeEorldwide!

        Welcome to the Gym.

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.


        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

          Ok thanks for the advice guys..

          I'm considering starting with Babbis beginner routine. Looks nice and light.

          Couple questions:

          1. I have an upward pointing dick (points basically skyward when fully erect) with an slight upward curve. And I'm uncircumcised. Does this change anything ?

          2. Do I do the warm towel wrap for 10 mins post workout?

          3. How hard do I grip when jelqing?

          4. How long should each individual jelq take?

          5. What are rotary stretches?

          6. After completing each individual jelq, do I immediately perform the next one or do i wait?

          7. I should be pretty safe from injury just following that light routine right? (I know I gotta listen to PIs etc)

          8. Is it safe to have sex/masturbate during PE?

            Also, in Babbis routine when he says "5 mild rotary stretches" is he referring to rotating stretches as shown in that video?

            And by wet jelqs does he mean use lube, or water?

                None of this is set in stone, just do a smaller routine or whatever you want to try.

                You won't hurt self if you just use common sense.

                    Whats so super complicated about JP90...its literally basic stretches + jelqs, warm up/down, and kegels. Thats it.
                    You need waaayyy more research....you know what negative/positive PIs are but you dont know how to jelq? Come on...read the stickies, they answer ALL of your questions, ALL of them. I am happy to answer questions, but I refuse to spoon feed you the most basic information. Just beause you read it on reddit, it must be true right.

                          I know what the jelq is, I was just seeking clarification on the exact movement and the specifics of it.. (how long between jelqs etc) and because im uncut and have heard that causes problems..


                          I've just seen dozens of urologists saying its a bad idea and can lead to peyronies disease... I'm just nervous about trying something based only the word of guys on the net, which goes against the advice of doctors..

                          Im not trying to be a jerk.. I'm just trying to look out for myself...I only have one dick.. And its well within average range so while i wouldnt mind extra size (girth mostly) I'm happy to keep what I have..

                            Hey Meworld,

                            In my opinion you should just try using the most basic techniques.
                            Just go for PSEG routine for 2-3 weeks and see how it feels, if you see you do it easiliy you could add 5 more minutes to your routine. For me the JP90 was painful, especially when i had 0 conditioning.

                            Going 4 times a week for start is ok, than you can go 5.

                            After 3 months or so you should have much more kownledge from reading posts and articles here - and you need to take on some more advenced techniques.

                            Also, if you want coaching you can try BigAl's coaching program, you will learn how to PE the right way and pretty fast, probably the safest approach for your penis - I know i will take BigAl program.

                            Oh - and make sure you read all the newbies sticky threads, from all of your questions it's obvious you haven't read them. you will see even videos of how to jelq, stretch and everything
