    I know. it fucking sucks. if im going to commit i want to know what to realistically aim for.

    Good news. You can get bigger. But no one knows how long or how much. How about try a beginner routine and find out? If you ask me I think most gain gain an inch in both length and girth. But again no one can say for sure how long.
    Starting: 6.5x4.9

    Current: 7.5x5.75

    Goal: 8x6++

        Welcome to the forum. As someone stated already, no one can answer that question. No one. And anyone with any integrity and knowledge would never answer any differently.

        Sure, there are those who sell pills that will add four inches overnight. Not anything I want to try, to be honest. LOL!

        Mt stats are in my signature...I am by no means huge. Pretty average. I would love some length and girth gains but what my primary focus in here is for amazing overall health. I mean, and I have said this numerous times, get rock hard and stay rock hard. Whatever I can do to achieve that every time I am more than happy to do. Well, within the boundaries of what goes on in this forum.

        Size is not really an issue.....getting hard and staying hard is. Again, I repeat myself...but what good is an 8x6 dick that gets 75% hard (or less). There are things that you can do.....and there are things that you just cant do....at 75% because it isn't hard enough. Not to get in the "TMI" area, but ever tried anal sex with less than 95%? Good luck.....not gonna happen.

        So, think about what your goals are....be honest with yourself. If you want to gain three inches in length and two inches in girth then I think - generally speaking - you will be very disappointed with this experience.

        I would suggest that this question is open and only hard work, dedication and persistence and patience will lead you to the answer. And, that answer is specific to you. Not to me! Not to ShutOut! Not to anyone but you.

        Find a program that works for you....be dedicated, be persistence and see what happens.

        Also, I suggest to all of the new folks that they also spend time in the Premature Ejaculation and Erectile Dysfunction forums as there is a lot of good knowledge there. Knowledge is power, my friend.

            I started about your size and while I haven't gained girth, at least an inch in length, just shy of 7 inches BPEL. Be safe, go slow, this takes time. Good luck.

              You control your destiny. If you will learn to PE properly, and in a dedicated fashion you might reach that size. I did, and I'm sure you could if you want it badly enough. The penis health part is the most important part. There is nothing pathetic about your penis, but I really have pity on your attitude. With that much self/penis loathing I don't know if you should do any PE. You will likely hurt yourself.

                My starting size was 4.5" NBPEL and 4.4" EG. I currently enjoy 5.4" NBPEL and 5.5" ,EG. But as already stated, it takes time, consistency, and dedication.

                  Similar to you bro, at 4.5 Im sure you'll reach average! 'Average' varies but 5.5/5 should do! Anything more than that is a bonus, plus all the benefits PE'ing brings are also bonuses. I started closer to 4" but after nearly 4 months of structured PE'ing and researching it where I can, Im now approaching 5"! Just keep at it and understand that the first 3 months is more for 'conditioning' your piece and make sure to not overdo it

                    I'll say you can get to 5 1/2- 6". From the gains I see from guys that been here for 2+ years, that's very attainable. Good luck on your journey.

                      hey guys thanks for the replies. I don't have any crazy expectations of reaching 8x6 or anything haha. I just want to hit average which is 5.5 x 5 i guess. Anything past that and i'd be the happiest man on earth

                        Only a noob myself. But from viewing people's signatures in this forum, it seems as though most get a 1-1.5 inches increase in length is the norm. It appears that the first half inch comes relatively quickly, within the first 3-6 months, which are known as newbie gains - similar to weight lifting if you're familiar with that. This may partly be down to improved erection quality also. Then the next half inch comes in slower, but is still fairly attainable with consistency and good sessions. After that it looks like individual genetics start to play a more decisive role, and one has to continue to get more savvy and incorporate more techniques and intensity in order to stretch ones biological limits. I think this is why PE is fantastic, if you're below average, you can become average and the relief that that brings. While if you're average, or above average already, you can become above average or large with all the confidence that that brings.

                          And, if I might chime in.....

                          My focus is on amazing overall health (read: get rock hard and stay rock hard). That right there is enough for me. If there are any gains (length and girth....would love some more of each) then that is just the icing on the cake.

                          Plus - if you spend any time in the Premature Ejaculation and Erectile Dysfunction forums you can learn a ton about what happens "normally" and what happens with both of these conditions and you become a whole lot smarter about how things work. Shoot.....you might even go from lasting five minutes to lasting 20 minutes (or more).

                          There are lots of good sections here. I mean, we go to the gym and do squats and dead lifts and bench press and the like. Why not do the same for our Johnsons? I mean.....I want to be doing this for the next 20 years (and I am essentially 50 now). So, while there is not a problem now....I want to do everything that I can so that there is not a problem!

                            I agree with what Pipeman says. Theres a lot of people here who have had gains. And from my inexperienced poin of view I'm pretty sure you can reach 6 in a couple years. PE doesn't really take that much effort or time really. Maybe 45 min a day and most of it is when you just chilling on the computer watching youtube vids, at least thats how it is for me.

                            I'd read a lot of the stuff on here, first the Start Here button on the upper left portion of the page. Then I would read about JP90's program. But immediately after that I would read PESG's thread here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html

                            And I would also look into how porn and and constant ejaculation might be affecting your erection.
