Hey I'm new here ,I've picked a light beginner routine since starting of slowly is better for me . I have some questions .
1) how long should I stick to one routine?
2) what are the expected results from jelqing ? Doest it increases both length and girth ?
3) as a beginner how many days I should jelq in a week ?
4 ) how many sets each day ?
5) any other advice ?
