    Hey I'm new here ,I've picked a light beginner routine since starting of slowly is better for me . I have some questions .
    1) how long should I stick to one routine?
    2) what are the expected results from jelqing ? Doest it increases both length and girth ?
    3) as a beginner how many days I should jelq in a week ?
    4 ) how many sets each day ?
    5) any other advice ?
    My goal is to achieve both length and girth .

      1) You should stick with a beginner routine for at least 90 days to condition your penis. As Critical Mass mentioned, if you are still gaining after the 90 days stick with it until you hit a plateau.

      2)Jelqing works on both girth and lenth. Normally jelqing at a lower erection level of around 40% will focus a little more on length and a higher level of about 70% works the girth more.

      3) it's recommended to use a 5 on-2 off or a 2 on-1 off schedule. The 2 on-1 off is usually recommended if the 5 on-2 off is too much.

      4) Start off with about half the reps recommended in the routine and work your way up to the full routine over the first 3 weeks.

      5) Be dedicated, consistent and patient, it takes time.
