I am a long-time lurker here and I have been on and off of JP90’s program for about 2 years now. Every time I had to give up after several months because of the same problem: I end up having an unbalanced tight pelvic floor and a hard-flaccid penis. It also killed my sex drive.
The only solution to cure my problem is to masturbate and ejaculate several times several successive days combined with some rest days until the relaxation of the pelvic floor. I also had to use porn because of the lack of sex drive. And yes, the contraction of the pelvic floor during ejaculation hurts and the semen didn’t squirt but leaked. Not to mention the weird spasm described by those who has premature ejaculation. Fortunately, after about 2 weeks of jerking off and rest, my little friend get back to normal .. until my next several months period of PE attempt.
Being persistent, I started over every time with a new technique/routine in order to avoid to end up with the same problem by:
But despite my extreme care, I end up having the same problem.
I am considering starting over AGAIN, and I am wondering if anyone experienced what happened to me and if you could give me some advice so I don’t end up with a tight pelvic floor again.
Moreover, I would like to know how not to lose my sex drive after every session? I cannot edge after a PE session since I don’t have any sex drive anymore. If I try to edge, it is again, a single way to tight pelvic floor.
Last, but not least, should I feel a little bit horny during my PE session or should I avoid it at all cost? Where should I focus?? How to breathe?
I actually have no idea how it is supposed to feel down there during a normal relaxed pelvic floor PE session lol.

- Putting a high emphasis on reverse Kegel
- Focusing on my pelvic floor in order to relax it
- Deep breathing (reverse Kegel breathing)
