Hey Guys its been awhile sense i've done PE. I did it awhile back and got solid results but stopped, so I forgot just about everything. I recently got a Penis Pump and needed to gain some serious Girth, so im curious, does anyone know of some good workouts for Girth? Or even workouts you may have found to pair well with the Pump. Ill take all advice anyone is kind enough to share!

Also I need to do some re-measuring, does anyone know of a proper tool to measure the penis with? I'd like to start keeping an accurate log.
