    I have just started hanging. I have been hanging for long period (6-8 hrs) with light weight (6 to 9 oz) as well as 2.5 lbs. three times a day for 15 min. Is the light weight effective?

    Get the rest you need first, then start with a stamina routine to rebuild and recondition. Once you feel your issues are under control you can then proceed to a full routine.

    As Jay1983 suggested, I am going to stop all activity related to my man downstairs until he wakes up with a vengeance so I am not doing any reconditioning at the moment. Also, how can I recondition myself?

    I exercise, I don't smoke, and I do eat healthy. I do not take any medication but I do take Men's One-A-Day vitamins. I think that the vitamins are a necessary part of my overall health. Also, since I tolerate vegetables, (I hate them with a passion.) I eat fruits or any types of chewables out there, and I'm laying off the exercises until I get my morning wood back.

    Hi there,

    You said you quit porn, thats good ofcourse. It can take an induced mind up to 3 months to recover, and thats considered fast imo.

    Try reading into different excersizes

    Greetings, all.

    I've stopped watching porn for a while now, (I will have to update the AP90) but it seems that my EQ is still the same for now. Are there any suggestions, besides jelqing? I've got my hearing aid on my left ear and my right ear open as much as possible. (I kept the fact that I'm hard of hearing to myself for a while.)
