    i've heard that pills can effectively provide nutrition for penile growth...
    has anybody tried penis exercises along with the pills?aren't they like 'protien suppliments for bodybuilding' for the penis?

    I think pills would definitely help with growth if you use penis exercises along with them and can stimulate quicker growth...anybody please tell me if it would work better than without because i am planning to start my exercises soon

    also...i want to know that coz i have an uncircumcised penis....is it gonna affect my growth due to exercising and whether circumcision is a better option? does it make a difference?

    On the otherhand, if you have the extra cash you may want to go for it. But your wallet will be better off if you just buy some supplements at the store. Many PEers like the following supplements:
    • Whey Protein
    • L Arginine
    • Yohimbe
    • Horny Goat Weed
    • Omega-3's (fatty acids)
    • And practicaly anything else that provides extra blood flow to the penis

    I myself bought a certain pill(it will remain unnamed for now) and have been taking them as directed and doing PE for the last month. I have gained 1/4" in length and almost 1/2 in girth. I can't say if either the pill or the PE can claim that, but so far so good. Just an word of advice if you do decide to try pills, make sure that there is at least a 120 day money back offer. I have been doing PE daily, and realize now that i should have signed up here earlier.

    This is what I use daily:
    A-arginine-(1500mg)
    Amino- (3000mg) three times a day
    Whey Protien (150g) before and after exercising
    Omega-3 (1000mg) a day

    and what abt my uncircumcised problem...anyone got suggestions for that?

    im also trying some bodybuilding...so whey protien will help both

    I have tried Horny Goat Weed, and it does not work !!! I would add Ginseng instead of Horny Goat Weed.

    I'm a neuroscience student, and an amateur bodybuilder, so I have some experience with supplements and vitamins, her are a couple tips.

    L-Arginine is important for cell growth, but make sure you aren't overdoing it on any 1 protein complex, your body needs a combination of all the essential amino acids, you start to stack up on one and your body will more or less shut down cell production.

    With the yohimbe, while it is good for its reuptake inhibitor of neurotransmitters that reduce smooth muscle contractions (aka, it stops your body from decreasing smooth muscle activity, heart, lungs, some penis tissue) make sure you follow ALL the caution labels. If you eat a lot of cheese, wine, anything with a high amount of tyramine you are at risk for hallucinations, delusions, and disastrous effects to your serotonin and dopamine receptors. Also if you take anti-depressants, MAOI's plus yohimbe are also VERY dangerous, so be careful.

    Make sure if you are taking multiple vitamins (including penis pills) to make sure you aren't going too far over your vitamin A levels (this doesn't count beta carotene), this can damage your spleen and liver.

    If you aren't shy about it, I would recommend talking to your doctor about which supplements and vitamins you take, they can probably tailor a regiment specifically to you and your body that will really increase cell production.

    Great post, skoor. What brands of supplements do you take? Have you tried Nox2 or anything similar with your bodybuilding efforts?
