1.) can kegels give you hemmoroids or am I just doing them wrong?
2.) is 39 too old to start PE for gains? I think EQ may be a great reason to do it anyway, but is it possible to increase size at this age?
    7/15/20- BPEL: 5.5"/EG: 5"
    G- BPEL: 6.5"/EG: 5.5"

    w/ EQ at a 10, my starting (7/15/20) BPEL is 5.75"and EG is 5 1'8", i'm just rarely at a 10

    Welcome to the gym!

It sounds like you are doing them wrong. The next time you urinate stop the flow. The muscles you feel contracting is a kegel. You shouldn't feel any contraction in the anus area while doing them.

I started doing PE at the age of 52 and have made some very significant gains. Many of the biggest gainers on the forum are are much older than you. Age has nothing to do with it.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.
