  • how many days on/off??

    hey, so I've been doing JP's routine for 3 weeks and gained 0.11" in length and 0.125" in girth (probably due to EQ gains) currently measuring every 2 weeks so won't measure until next week. I'm currently doing it 2 days on/1 day off but on my off days, I sit and wonder if I'm doing it often enough as some people on here are doing 5 days on/2 days off so do you guys think I would benefit by doing more days on?
    Start: BPEL - 7.008", MEG - 5.197"
    Current: BPEL - 7.126", MEG - 5.118"

    Goal: BPEL - 9", MEG - 6.5"

    It really depends, but the rule of thumb in PE is this: Don't change something that is working.
    If 2 on 1 off works then stick with. I think others "play around" their days on and off to see what workd best, you have found yours so stick with it.

      Thanks bro, will keep it same whilst I'm gaining then increase amount of days on when I stop making gains
